Amazing customer service! My husband and I had an issue with automatic pool vacuum we purchased from Patio Pools about 9 months ago. When we took it into the Oracle and Magee location Dan was extremely helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue, confirm that the part was under warranty, and order the part for us through the manufacturer. He kept in constant communication with us about the shipping status of our part.
When it arrived, Dan realized that there were more issues with the vacuum than originally thought, so he followed up and figured out how to fix everything on his own. Dan's excellent

We purchased a spa from Patio Pools & Spas, and were very disappointed with the installation. The lift for the cover could not be installed upon delivery since the cover was not the model promised by Andrew, Spa Manager at the 22nd St location. After several calls to him and a couple of weeks, it was determined that the spa company did not make the type of cover we were promised. We could certainly compromise and use the cover that was delivered, but the spa needed to be drained, moved about 14 inches to accommodate the way the cover opened, and the lift and cover installed. Reuben showed up on time and impressed me with his knowledge. He found the cause of the problem in 5 minutes, replaced a broken pump skimmer basket, then cleaned the pool filters. He then vacuumed the pool. He educated me on another filter that can be plumbed into my system that would help keep my filtration system at peek efficiency.

I had a technician come to our new place in Tucson, Son bought a house with a pool and none of us really know anything about pools except swimming, lol.
Mike came out and and showed me everything that we needed to know to keep pool functioning correctly.
He did an Awesome Job and now I am much more educated on our pool.

Patio Pools was going to replace a part of the cleaning system of my pool ..which the sales lady at the store said it is free since I am the original owner.
An appointment was made for the tech to come over. I waited the whole and nobody showed up. I called Melissa and she said he's there. The following morning I received a message that the tech was there basing on the GPS records and that a picture was taken on my pool. I could not believe what's being told. In order to get to the pool which is 6 ft. fenced around with a locked gate, someone has to get to the locked gate front entrance

By far the worst customer service ever. They sold me $130 worth of chemicals and told me my pool would be swimmable the next day. Four days later my pool was the exact same. I brought a new sample in and they told me the copper levels rose high enough that the pool would needed to be drained in order for it to be swimmable. All we added was what they sold us. They were adamant that rain was the cause of the copper rise even after I formed them that it hadn’t rained more than a sprinkle where we live. The big bald guy helping me became annoyed that I asked why they sold me $130 worth of chemicals

They are associated with poolworks and will send a flyer to your house stating that they will do a free health inspection on your pool and show you how it works in hope of establishing a relationship. However, after I called I realized that it's a bait and switch and they wanted to charge me for what was clearly stated as a free service. If these guys are that dishonest to tell me otherwise while I am looking at the flyer in my hand than I can't imagine how they would be if I actually hired them to do work. Plenty of other reputable businesses to work with in the area. Keep looking.

The owner, Gene of patio pools as spas is a real stand up guy. He does what he says he will, he knows the pool business/systems inside and out, he goes above and beyond what is even expected of him. If you are looking for someone to build you a pool, repair, or service they are your guys. The service tech Aaron is also extremely knowledgeable and cares about his customers from the first phone call. Thank you patio pools for still being a company who values their customers, who treats them like family, and does a quality job--that is hard to find anymore!

After our antique Coleman/Maax hot tub had sat around empty for about six months -- not coincidentally, the summer months in Tucson -- we finally decided to get it fixed. Nobody we called wanted to service the hot tub, since it was older and not familiar to them. My wife then suggested we call Patio Pools and Spas. I just moved to Tucson & I never owned a pool before. So I don't know much about pools yet. I was told to go to Patio Pools & as soon as I walked in everyone was happy & friendly. I'm glad I thought of looking at the reviews because I thought we did something wrong. Several of these stories are almost identical to what we experienced. Initially, we went into the Oracle Store and met with a sales person. He seemed great and very interested in working with us. After spending about an hour talking about our vision and different options, we made an appointment for him to come out and meet with us, at our home. Went to showroom in Tucson, spoke to salesman , was referred to a sales woman ms yancy, who was supposed to call me. That was on Friday feb 10, 2017 and as of Tuesday 2/14 no one has called me. In the meantime, I called oasis pools and they came out and has a bid already for me. This was for a new build pool. I can't understand why they don't care about growing their business.

Initially, my impression was very poor. We signed the contract on June 13th were told it would take 7-10 days for the permitting and then the build would begin. It took a day shy of a month before they started the build. They blamed the county, but the county is very open with their permitting process. They have a website and a phone number you can call to see when a permit is submitted and approved. It took the county a whopping two days to approve it. It took patio pools over three weeks to submit it. Not a good start. Communication during this period was non-existent. What I failed to do was

We used them for 18 months and the service was great. The same technician came every week at exactly the time promised and kept the pool in perfect condition. Our problems started when he left the company. His replacement was awful, in and out in 10 minutes, so we asked for a new tech. They sent us someone who was supposedly one of their most experienced.
