Personalized, knowledgeable service is absolutely the core foundation of Tucson family- owned Earth Energy's Fireside Hearth. We service and warranty what we sell from electric, gas and wood burning fireplaces to barbecues. If we sell it, we install it and repair it, and we've been doing just this for more than thirty years now.
The word "hearth" is of possible European derivation meaning the floor of a fireplace which usually extended into a room that was paved with brick, flagstone or cement. The word "hearth" also denoted a warm and safe feeling of family and home, often associated with fireside gatherings when families came together for the purpose of warming themselves, and keeping the cold in abeyance.
At Earth Energy's Fireside Hearth & Home, fireplaces and fireplace inserts are our passion. So what's in a name? When brothers Ron and Dan Shimek began tinkering with fireplace designs in Ron's garage back in 1975, they didn't know they were starting on the path to become the largest fireplace manufacturer in the world.
Inserts are installed inside an existing masonry fireplace to provide a more efficient, clean burning fire. They can be wood, gas, or pellet. Gas is the most popular, providing the convenience of a fire at a flip of a switch with no mess or change to indoor air quality. A fireplace showpiece with a captivating presence.

My home FP was installed by EEH&P and the electric remote never worked but after I had them rip it all out it's been great. So like a fool I used them to rework a firepit for me. Being unable to walk or drive post orthopaedic surgery I couldn't get to their store and ordered over the phone with Hallie. Never told items were special order or would have a restock fee. The stones delivered were too small so I refused them. I was recommended another stone and asked for a picture. Never received. My complaint is that while I called repeatedly to see what was going on, my calls went unreturned. Now I

I had my new fireplace insert installed today & am thrilled with the results! It is a vast improvement over the previous insert & will be very energy efficient! I worked with Brian and from the moment I walked into the store had an excellent experience! Brian listened to what I was looking to do and gave me the all of the options. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The measurements were taken accurately so the new insert is a perfect fit! The installation was completed efficiently and everything was cleaned up upon completion. I highly recommend Earth

Earth Energy is probably the most customer-service, trustworthy retailer that I've ever made a purchase from. (Yes, really!) I purchased a BBQ and doors from them....As part of my decision process, I spoke with 3 different sales people. Each gave me honest recommendations and answers to my questions. They didn't try to push me to the most expensive option, but rather the best value for my needs. We had a couple of issues with the product and product delivery, but when I called the store, everything was addressed rapidly and to more than my satisfaction. We have bought two fireplaces at Earth Energy's Fireplaces. Both times their service and product were top-rate. Their staff is professional and well-informed. Because we live far from Tucson, they have been able to help us with extra services like shipping us extra parts we needed and even waiting for us past regular hours to accommodate us. This is the first place I'd go in AZ if I needed a fireplace or related products.

I went into the Earth Energy's store on Costco Drive and was completely amazed at their product range. Fireplaces, Patio Furniture, BBQ Grills, etc. You name it for outdoors and they had it. Some of their displays of indoor fireplaces and custom work were AMAZING!!
