My visit to Kia Owings Mills was fast, quick and easy. The online scheduling was very convenient and having my vehicle serviced for diagnostic and follow up from Cynthia Harvey was wonderful. She was very professional and kept me informed of what was being done to my vehicle. My request for leaving my vehicle and getting shuttle service was so much appreciated - thanks to the shuttle driver George! Great staff in the service department. I was looking for a specific vehicle and found it at Koons Kia. Malik text me the next day and we scheduled a test drive. I got there a little before my 1:30p appointment and met Malik he took care of me. He immediately got the truck and off we went on our test drive. Once we got back I was only there for 2 hours and I was driving my truck off the lot. The experience was amazing and I would refer you to all family and friends.

My first experience here was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted immediately, the staff was very friendly it had felt like I was a returning customer. The service is very good here. Even though I expected to have the work done the same day the time required to do the repair could not be completed until the next day. The service technician saw that I received a courtesy ride home even though my residence was
was outside of the usual driving distance. I certainly
appreciated that.
When I picked up my car it was not only in good condition but it had been cleaned and vacuumed

I just brought my hybrid vehicle to Koons for a service package for the first time. I was amazed and impressed by the services of this location! I was helped up front by Mike and tech Dinesh. I was surprised the vehicle was cleaned free of charge, used temporary floor mats and seat coverings. They took care of it inside and out. Mike was helpful and answered all of my follow-up questions. The price was acceptable with transparent breakdown on what was done. Waiting room was comfortable and sanitized. I'm happy with my visit and will come for the next service due.

Larry was fantastic to work with, we knew exactly which car we wanted and he was on top of making it happen for us. We had our 2 kids with us and they offered them snacks and paper to color on to keep them entertained. The finance department was great too. Seemed very honest and genuine instead of just trying to oversell things we didn’t want. Would definitely go back!

Adam was the absolute best!! Stayed on top of things the whole time, made it easy to communicate, and made sure I could get the car I wanted with the budget I had in mind.
