I went to Norris Acura west received an oil change and tire rotation for 89.99 for them to come out and tell me all fluids have been topped off , and it’s snows and the window fluid is bone dry empty. When I call to speak to the manager and leave my info for him to call me he does not ! This is supposed to be a luxury top of the line car dealerships!

I scheduled a test drive of a vehicle and didn't show. Got the call back from Quon. He was friendly, courteous, and patient with me. As a salesman he was really cool and down to earth. I know I got on his nerves going back and forth. Finance manager was all that great however, Quon, gave me some honest advice and shared his personal experience with me. I ended up not buying the vehicle but it helped to know there are still some trustworthy individuals out there.

I've now been taking my RDX in for servicing for a year and a half: mostly for scheduled service, but also some repairs. I'm happy to say that it is the best consistent experience here when getting service work done. The excellent, knowledgeable workmanship, the timely turn around, and the reasonable/clear pricing all make for a stress-free experience. They really make preventative maintenance a pleasure.

Amazing customer service. Friendly and attentive staff. Experience is always 10/10 when I visit. Out of all the dealerships I could have went to I'm beyond grateful for this one! Dre was extremely knowledgable and knew how to direct us in making an exceptional purchase. Once my husband and I opened the door to the main entrance, we were greeted immediately. We appreciated the knowledge of Jordan and then Damon came in to seal the deal. Damon felt like we knew him for years. The customer service was genuine and not Phony. We left happy with our NEW RIDE.
