I've got 2 very different thoughts on this company. The quality of work and overall look of my pool gets 5 stars. The customer service, scheduling, and follow up gets 1.
Other then the overall timeframe of the build nothing was scheduled in advance. Trying to get information about what was coming was like pulling teeth and most of the time I wasn't able to get any. When I did inquire it seemed as if everything was taken as personal accusation of them doing wrong when I just wanted to be informed about my very expensive project in my backyard. I've been trying to schedule a warranty claim with

From the moment Aaron came to give us a bid, to working with Jeremy and Anya, the whole process has been very smooth. Our fence blew down in the hurricane in October and the pool attendant could not access the backyard. No one in their office ever notified us that he was not coming and cleaning until we called and asked. They said he came and could not access the yard so I asked them why I was being charged if he wasn’t cleaning. They said we would halt service until the fence was repaired and they would credit me back the charges on the net bill. But that never happened. I paid for 4 cleanings in October and 4 in November. I called in December to ask when I would be credited and they changed their story again

Jeremy and Anya came through for our pool build in a huge way! Our contract was signed with them on March 15, 2021 and excavation began 3 days later. The weather extended our construction by 3-4 weeks but that’s on Mother Nature. The McKinney Pool’s team is very communicative and responsive with any questions or concerns. We’ve received nothing but compliments on our new pool and couldn’t be happier. The construction crews they use perform excellent work with a high level of craftsmanship. Id highly recommend McKinney’s Custom Pool’s if you’re looking to build.

Jeremy and team built us a beautiful Tuscan-style rectangular pool and a covered patio extension that we love. As promised the pool was built very quickly and expertly. We had challenges during the building process - rain, snowmaggedon - but they worked with us to get things done. They also helped getting a replacement for a faulty robot cleaner on startup. Great people, great work. Pricing was clear and they worked with us on change orders, etc. Maybe the best part is how they took our vague ideas, made a drawing and turned that into reality.👍 Highly recommend to anyone in the Pearland/Fwood

We’d like to say thanks to McKinney Custom Pools for constructing our backyard paradise! Our dogs and us have basically moved out of our house and into our backyard since the construction was completed and the pool was started up.
It was certainly an eye opener/learning experience witnessing the whole construction process unfold (watching what was once our grass filled backyard get completely excavated, seeing all the infrastructure that was laid underground, etc...). What y’all were able to create out of it all though, completely surpassed our expectations and dreams! We appreciated how y’all

Dealing with the covid-19 pandemic ripple effects lately has been a daunting task for many, but not for McKinney Custom Pools. Jeremy and Anya have been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire pool building experience. If having a pool built is something new like it was for me no worries, they do an excellent walking you through the entire process. Everything from design, tile selection, initial dig, rebar/gunite, plaster, initial fill and future preventative maintenance is covered by them in detail.
