C&E Pristine Pool Services

We have been with C&E Pristine Pool Service for over a year now and do not have one single complaint! Mike Price has never missed a single week and even showed up on the Wednesday during the February freeze!!! I said what the heck are you doing here??? He thoroughly checked all of our pool equipment to make sure it was all in good working order and thankfully all was good. I highly recommend these hard working guys 🙌🏼👍

Best pool service period. The folks at C&E keep my pool sparkling and also did an excellent job installing new equipment including pump, filter and heater. You won't find a company that takes their reputation as seriously as they do. Pristine!

These guys are phenomenal! They have serviced my pool for some time now, and Mike, Chris and Jeremy have been able to get my pool back in service in.good time after our URI freeze. They are responsive and personable in explaining and finding what needs to be done. I am so glad I found them! They are the BEST!

I switched pool service companies to C & E about 6 months ago and not only am I paying less, but my pool also looks cleaner and Michael and his team know pools!
As a new pool owner, they’ve helped understand how the pool operates and what it needs. They are professional and responsive if I have a random question. After the freeze, they reached out to see if I had sustained any damage so they could prioritize my repairs. Thankfully I didn’t have any damage but I appreciate them reaching out.

Was able to get Chris to help diagnose an electrical issue with the main pump. I had already tried several things on my own and wish I would have contacted them first. I would recommend to anyone that is struggling with their pool or equipment. His price was very reasonable and definitely worth the money.

C&E pool service is second to none. I had several issues with my pool and in a matter of 45 minutes I could begin to see the difference in my pool and by the next day my pool was in PRISTINE condition. C&E is committed to making sure my pool is in optimal condition and looking great. One of the great qualities that I liked was that they took the time to explain what they are doing to my pool and why. That was very important so I could understand the importance of maintaining my pool. They stand by their work and their word. So hurry and call, You will not be disappointed by using C&E Pristine.

They showed up in the rain to fix the filter. Once they put your name on the schedule they will show up, even if it's a couple days later. They work you into their busy schedule, but they do show up. The pool is the best it's ever looked.

We’ve been a customer for about 4 years now, and Chris has always been easy to get ahold of and responsive. His guys are courteous and do a great job! Before we hired Chris, we had been taking care of our pool ourselves since we built it in 2000. It’s so nice to enjoy our pool and not have to mess with all the chemicals and cleaning anymore. It looks great!

Chris Luna is amazing. He has been cleaning out pool since he started his business and always had done a fabulous job. He recently completed a major renovation in our backyard I am talking about new pool tile, concrete overlay, New pool light (which was a job in itself since our pool light was old and outdated) and I can not tell you how easy he made it for us. He handled everything for us has gone way beyond the call of duty. We were on a major deadline and he made it all work. Our backyard is absolutely gorgeous. Everything I was hoping for and then some. Best customer service! Chris is easy to reach and always available. He keeps his customers informed about needed repairs and filter changes. I would highly recommend them!

Didn't follow up with my pool. Was blown off & never followed up with original plan. Tried to over price repairs & then just stopped coming. Work was sub par & unreliable. The picture in the pressure gauge that was cross threaded. So I will never use this service again. Have wonderful day


UPDATE!!!!!!!!

Having issue with pool all summer & found out Pristine pools installed the wrong valve, they installed one for sand filter. So I not only paid them for crappy work but it was completely wrong part. Ruined my new filter.

Wonderful owner ! Honest and quick to respond! I accidentally drained my whole pool and he was out the next day to help me . Small business locally owned . On time and prompt . Reasonably priced for service
