I was looking for a particular a particle style/ color which KP stone had on sale for a great price. I shopped around a lot and places were charging double the price. I was a bit hesitant but went ahead with visiting them in store and working with John directly. John was create, and kept in communication at all times. He also provided his supplier for us to pick out our slab as well. We built an outside bbq island and needed install, everything went smooth for our delivery. As a backup I asked my contractor to be present at delivery, which was good because he did point out a few things. In the

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Run far far away. I've never had a worse buying experience. I'm not a complainer, I wrote this so no one else will ever have to have my same experience.
I paid top dollar for a quartzite countertop. First problem, they quoted me 4500, took my deposit, then changed the price to over 6000. I tried to walk away at that point but she said she would not refund my large deposit. I should have walked away at that point but against my better judgement I didn't.
They came to measure twice because they messed up the first time. He "templated"

I never slam a vendor. But this one I will.
Do not order from them. Not professional, not customer friendly, a little bit of good Will could have changed the outcome of not posting this review.
Bottom line: you spend a lot for your dream kitchen to get poor workmanship with little if any accountability, remediation and compensation with lots of aggravation
Ordered quartz countertop and backsplash.
Came measured prior to installation. Did not install on date promised. Came next day but they didn't measure correctly.
First there is an uneven slab of over a 1/4 difference from one
