Cant thank Advantaclean enough. Woke up Sunday morning guest bathroom toilet had overflowed flooded bathroom and downstairs kitchen. Jennifer called Monday to arrange an appointment to get people around. Adam and Jesse showed up prompt at 8.00am and worked relentlessly for the whole day not leaving before 9.30pm. They were fantastic sealed off all the affected area's removed all the water logged and damaged area's and cleaned up before leaving. Cant speak highly enough of these guys they.

Our home inspector found mold in our attic and crawlspace, and AdvantaClean came out right away for an inspection and remediation. After being referred to them by my neighbor we decided to give them a shot and it was a great experience! They were out to out to our house in a matter of days and were super knowledgable. We needed our furnace and ceiling ducts cleaned and Modou went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did he clean the ducts thoroughly, showing us before & after pictures along the way, he also checked our crawlspace and attic for any signs of wear on the ducts as well as for mold/moisture. I can't recommend working with AdvantaClean. We just had to request them out a 3rd time to fix their work. We hired them to do a full clean crawl of our basement. The rep, Meigon, has been great to work with and very responsive and helpful, but the work itself still has not been completed to an acceptable standard. Ours was a large, dirty job to clean out the basement, remove the old insulation and vapor barrier and install all new, but it was the job they signed on to do. The first time they were here the crew left behind a mess of old insulation, mouse droppings, etc and they did not

BEWARE !!!
I Hired advantaclean 18 months ago to clean mold from my attic,
After they finished with the restoration work and promised me everything is ok, i went up to the attic and found they left a big chunck of the old insulation full with MOLD. that of course defeats the purpose of maintaining a sterile environment.
in addition they didn't put in enough insulation back. and i had to chase them in order to complete the job.
that 's not worst part..
fast forward 18 months to today, i went up to the attic again and found the place is full with MOLD AGAIN.

We were quite freaked out when we discovered that there was wetness behind the walls. We called AdvantaClean and Meigon came right away. She helped us identify the source of the issue and worked with our insurance company to get the entire situation taken care of swiftly. Throughout the entire process, they made sure that the mold was taken care of and the area was all dried up. They contained the area and when drying took longer than usual due to it being a basement bathroom, they explained and were very apologetic.

I worked with Stacy to figure out what to do about a blackening on the plywood in my attic. Yes it was mold, but he doesn't throw you into panic mode as he explains how to treat it, if to treat it, and the best way to move forward. We recently bought a very old house and are in the process of remodeling it. One of the problems we found in the old house is that the attic is moldy and wet. We contacted different mold remediation companies and decided to hire Terry and his crew, because the information Terry provided is more professional than what other companies provided.
It turned out to be a good decision as Terry and his crew successfully cleaned the mold and replaced the old insulation with new insulation.
Overall result is good, highly recommended.

I had Suzi come out this morning as I had some moisture concerns regarding some failed ducting. She was prompt, courteous and surveyed the situation. She told me that everything was fine and no water/mold issues just ducting that needed to be fixed. I was so grateful for her honesty and candor. So often we are sold something we really don't need. The AdvantaClean team helped my small family of three with clean-up in our attic this year. Terry was extremely thorough, and communicated clearly with us throughout the process. The work was done well and they were quite pleasant when coming to my place to look at the problem and talk up their company. However, once they got the first 50%, the horrible experience began.

To the company's credit, they reached out to me, both through Yelp and my email address, trying to make it up to me. I appreciate the effort. Hence the 3 stars for this rating. However, I don't remove any of my Yelp ratings, and I did specifically note in my previous review that my rating was not about their actual service.
