Jake did not tell me "he did not have time" or "schedule for a later date". He asked me to send him pictures of what I would like done, which I did multiple times, and I never received a response. Pretty disappointing when I was ready and willing to use Baldwin again, and even more so when the response to a bad review is not accurate at all. Also, far too expensive for the service provided.

Very happy with Baldwin Garage Doors. Jake arrived about two hours after my call just like he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and his price was $175 cheaper than a quote I received earlier in the day. He fixed the issue in about an hour, and our garage door was back up and running. He was quick, knowledgeable and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Had our garage door jump off the track Saturday evening and was unable to get it closed. Jake had replaced our garage door opener a few years back and we were pleased with the quality of the work. We contacted Jake and he said he could swing by in a hour or so to take a look at it. Jake showed up on time and fixed the problem in short order. We are so happy to have our garage secure again. If you are looking for a quality contractor, you definitely wanted to consider using Jake. He's very knowledgeable and a straight shooter. He's going to do exactly what he says he's going to do. My very old wood garage door was in dire need of replacement. We called Baldwin Garage Doors based on a recommendation from a friend. Not only did Jake come out the very same day, but he gave us a reasonable quote for more than we thought we could afford. We were able to get a top of the line insulated door, a brand new garage door opener and and keypad all for what we thought we could only get the door for. He was able to replace the garage door and take the old door with him. I am so happy with the same day service he provides also. Highly recommended!!!
