Vic, the owner was obviously on a job, but immediately took our call, which was greatly appreciated.
He said he could be there later that same day, and would call when he was on his way, which he did. He quickly told us what was wrong, and installed the new springs then and there. He had all the necessary parts on his truck, performed some needed maintenance, and worked in a clean, efficient and professional manner.
Definitely deserves a 5 star rating. American Garage Door Specialist did a phenomenal job fixing a gate that was improperly installed. Vic diagnosed the myriad problems with the installation and came up with solutions that he then implemented. We will do business with them again and have also engaged them to service our garage doors.
