For 30 years, our philosophy has been to establish mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. Winn Nordstrom has been in the door closer business since 1974. From rebuilding door closers to selling new door hardware, Winn has been involved in supplying the customer exactly what they've been looking for. In 1983, Winn and his family relocated from northern Illinois to Rockwall, Texas and started down the road to becoming a nation-wide door hardware supplier in a business called Gulf States Door Control.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Expectional, expectional service!!!! I called about the return shipping on a core for the door closer and he took the time to look into it. It's so nice to receive that type of service. It was refreshing to see another person care about customer service as much as Andy did. Thank you so much for making my day and truly taking care of me. I will be back again.
