I've been a tenant in one of the Master Plan villas for over a year now, and I am very pleased. Their prompt response to questions/issues and their very friendly staff are a welcome change to some of the landlords I've had in the past. They go out of their way make sure you are comfortable in your new home. A lot of thought went into these villas. They are spacious and have special touches you wouldn't normally find in a rental (i.e. granite countertops, new appliances, beautiful flooring, ceiling fans in every room, ample closet space and a very generous garage that allows for storage as well

Master Plan Builders are wonderful to work with! The addition of their townhomes are perfect for anyone looking for a beautiful and safe home. The townhomes are very spacious and well-designed with modern elements while still being very inviting. We have loved leasing our Townhome from Master Plan. Their whole team is very responsive and the entire leasing process has been very easy. Highly recommend Master Plan for leasing and custom homes!
