Our staff of experienced, creative design professionals will help you through the conceptual design stage all the way to cabinet order, delivery, and installation. We follow a step-by-step process that has proven successful in hundreds of kitchen and bath remodeling projects.

Scott McInnis had been running his own company as a designer and contractor for over 5 years when he and his wife Tricia decided to open Cape Ann Kitchens. Today, the sister companies still work together to ensure that customers working with designers from Cape Ann Kitchens get the best possible construction services.

I should have read these reviews before using Cape Ann Kitchens for my $65,000 kitchen renovation. There were issues from day one and the cabinets still (18 months later, I know COVID, but 18 months???) do not fit properly. Tricia has been called and emailed probably 30-40 times asking for help. She even said she is only helping us as an intermediary for the cabinet company! Who don't respond.
New Tricia does not respond.

Two of my slow close kitchen cabinet drawers have never worked appropriately. We reached out to the owner and her contractor husband many months ago, but they have yet to repair them. Several also have cracks. The owner also seemed to have her own agenda from the start as to what cabinet and counter tops to choose.

I was shopping at Tony's Tile right next door to Cape Ann Kitchens and decide to go in with my wife, browse around and look for a bathroom vanity. We were greeted warmly and the customer service that day was great. We eventually found a granite top for the vanity and went back to finalize the sale.
This time Melissa helped us and she seemed very disinterested and put out. I honestly would not have bought the vanity from Cape Ann after this poor display of customer service had it not been the only place that had a finish that matched the granite perfect. We ordered the vanity and eagerly awaited

My experience with Cape Ann Kitchens has been very positive. In fact, they were the first kitchen place I considered before renovating my kitchen -- and I wish I would have done with them instead of going back to them after I had been scammed by another place (Granite Depot in Saugus -- now in Peabody).
I any case, Cape Ann very much understood my plight and Melissa specifically worked efficiently and happily to get new cabinets ordered. They arrived this week, are being installed and are absolutely gorgeous. Also, they are high quality and were competitively priced.

We had a new kitchen installed this past December/January, and our contractor bought the cabinets from Cape Ann Kitchens. We didn't start using the kitchen until about 2 months ago, and when we did, we noticed problems with several of the cabinets. One has a warped door. Another has a drawer that falls off its slider almost every time it is opened or closed. Our cabinet that holds the trash won't stay shut; almost every time it is closed, it opens back up by itself and won't stay shut. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Cape Ann Kitchens. Renovating a kitchen can be a daunting process, and the entire staff at Cape Ann made an extra effort to ensure that we felt re-assured at each step. This type of customer service is something that cannot be overstated - walking into Lowes or Home Depot is all well and good...but unless you really know what you're doing, I know I would get myself into trouble. Barbara was able to quickly provide us with several efficient options for our new kitchen design. From there, she was able to get a sense of our design style and worked

I see Cape Ann Kitchen on my bus route everyday, so when my husband and I decided to redo our Kitchen, I instantly suggested to him Cape Ann. We walked in and we spoke to Melissa who was super nice. She was busy, so we made an appointment to spend time with her.
After our initial meeting, we had Melissa come to our house (she was on time) and take measurements. My husband was trying to coordinate a time for the contractor/owner (Scott) to stop by the house for the final measurements. My husband and I went to Cape Ann Kitchens just over a month ago. We met with Maria. She had some great ideas. We gave her our blueprints of our new kitchen. She made copies of the blueprints anad assisted us in pickng cabinets, granite, door pulls etc.We were very pleased with her service and great ideas. We spent aabout an hour and a half with her. We have been delighted with the service, honesty and efforts of our consultant Maria at Cape Ann Cabinets. We made a very customized design for our needs through their lines of standardized cabinets made for both our bathroom and pantry areas. They have a great selection of products, and the amount of effort and attention to detail Maria put into the job was OUTSTANDING!
FYI, we shopped at Lowe's, and other locations, and the prices for the pantry area were a substantial savings. This is a great store with terrific people. We would highly recommend Cape Ann Cabinets, and Maria.
