Carole Kitchen helped us design our new kitchen and we can't be happier. They showed us many options and we were able to stay within our budget. Our contractor worked with Carole which made is so nice for us. We've been using our new space for a year and we're still very pleased with the decisions we made with their expertise and guidance. We had an awesome experience with this company! We moved into an 1860s house and long story short- our plan to replace the wood floors in the kitchen turned very quickly into an unplanned complete kitchen renovation! Custom cabinets were not an option due to the timeline- we didn't have 3-5 months since we had not planned on doing ! Carole was amazing- coming out to measure and guide us on the best layout and cabinets with a 1-2 week turnaround. Re read that- a 1/2 week turnaround with non custom cabinets! A+ effort and less stress for our whole family! And the look fit our farmhouse antique kitchen

I have used Carole Kitchen for two kitchen projects and have been very satisfied with the service and products I received. Mary Jane helped with both projects and the fact that I came back to her several years later indicates my satisfaction. The most recent project had a number of tricky issues which she helped solve to my satisfaction. She arranged for cabinets and marble counter tops and all were installed well. Everyone I dealt with at Carole was excellent.

We used Carole Kitchen when we renovated our kitchen this past year. They were wonderful to work with. We live in Maine and they made it easy, coming to the house to help with design and measurements, convenient appointment times to allow for easy travel, and always kind and friendly staff from the showroom to the delivery. We partnered with Sara, one of Carole Kitchen’s designers on a design for our remodel. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. While we ultimately did not go with Carole’s for our cabinets due to the contractor we chose having his own kitchen partner, I would recommend Carole’s Kitchen.

Carole Kitchen was awesome. We absolutely love our new kitchen and it is the first compliment people give when they enter our home. Carole Kitchen and Bath Design is a fantastic place. Unlike a competitor they are open on Saturday. I worked with Debbie Toland. She was very professional and everything was delivered as expected in excellent condition. For what can be an exciting but stressful purchase Debbie put it all together and made the process easy. One thing often overlooked in reviews but is critical to the success of the project is the collaboration between the Contractor, Cabinet and appliance store. Choosing the cabinets is only half the work. The layout may require adjustments based on the appliances purchased

Let me start off by saying that the warehouse is nice and that this review probably does not speak for the entire company. Jeanie, for example, was so welcoming and friendly. We briefly talked on the phone before assigning me to a designer. A few months later, I walk in and she knew exactly who I was without us ever meeting. She was great!

This place is fantastic! You should see the size of their show room. Don't waist your time going to second rate retailers like Lowes. If you want to do the job done right...this IS the place. The staff was very helpful in helping me with my special situation of replacing a cabinet so as to be able to fit in a new fridge. They found the product that matches my current cabinets...did the measurements and everything turned out great. You will be very pleased.

We experienced a flawless kitchen remodel project that started with Carole Kitchen's design. We worked with Michelle who educated and guided us very practically through the process of design choices, and she was able to incorporate our wish list items into our small kitchen area. We had such a bad experience with our purchase of a vanity, linen closet and toilet topper. We are re-doing our bathroom and are on a schedule with our contractors. When we purchased the set everything was fine and the schedule was going to work out great then we found out a week later after paid in full that it was back ordered. I am not sure why we were not told when we purchased the set that it was back ordered. I went to Carole's to purchase new vanities and countertops because I wanted to remodel my bathrooms. They had more good quality vanity options in-stock than anywhere else, which made it possible to get the project completed quickly.The designers were very helpful with helping me find the best style and size for my small bathroom. The bathrooms look great. My experience using this company lived up to my expectations based on several positive referrals from people in my town. I will definitely be using Carole again when I remodel the kitchen in my new house.

We purchased a bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet and mirror. When picking up the products we questioned the poor packing of the vanity and cabinet and were assured they were checked, were fine and it was just from the warehouse. Come to find out these products were floor models poorly repackaged and delivered to us as new and unused. No mention was ever made during several discussions prior to purchase that the products were going to be used nor were they discounted. We paid full price. The only "new" product was the vanity mirror which was not in stock and had to be ordered from the

The customer Service we experienced at Carol's kitchen was terrible. The "designer" if you can call her that, was very rude, and never had time to sit down with us from the first day we walked into that place. And it seemed like no one else cared as well. We also had to chase her down, and be calling her almost every day for her to come up with a design of the kitchen and rough pricing. After two weeks of chasing her, she sent us an email saying that she can not do anything with the information we provided her (in the meanwhile we got 3 different quotes from 3 different places

After having quite a negative experience when trying to work with one of the designers and posting a less than glowing review here,
the owner of Carole kitchen read my review and contacted me, she seemed sincerely troubled by what happened and said that she researched in house what the issue was. I appreciate that she cares enough to contact a dis-satisfied customer and tries to resolve their issue. That means a lot. She doesn't have control over every employee at every moment and I can totally understand that.
