I recently used Moxie Maids for a moving cleaning for a house we will be renting out and they did a good job! Their website was very easy to use to schedule cleanings and get pricing information. They were very quick and responsive via phone, text, and emails. They sent lots of reminders. Price for cleaning was high compared to other quotes I received, but I chose MM because I needed the cleaning done as soon as possible and they had lots of availability. Overall good experience and I would use them again!

I was pleased overall with the thorough services received from Moxie Maids and used the deep cleaning as a first time customer and because my apartment needed it. I plan to use them again for more regular cleanings. Communications with Renee, Stephanie, and all cleaners was great. As a first timer, I was a bit anxious with the process and did not ask for more detailed cleaning in a few areas that I realized could have used it. In understanding the services better now, I would probably feel more comfortable speaking up next time.

We had such an awesome experience with Moxie Maids. Due to our busy schedule we were able to get a quote over the phone. Then their staff showed up and did a great job. Our regular cleaning is service is cheaper however the quality of the Moxie Maids is worth the investment in our home. Finding a good cleaning service is not easy but we are glad to have now found the Moxie Maids.

Moxie maids was a life saver ! They were able to assist me with a move in clean for a loft apt downtown. They we able to accommodate my tight timeframe and were very easy to communicate with and responsive. They did a great job on the clean, place smelled great, bathtub saw a new brighter life, and overall just looked fresh and clean. Very happy with their skills and will for sure use them in the future !

My experience with Moxie Maids was all around fantastic. Their website is easy to navigate to schedule a cleaning (with customization), their correspondence (via text & phone) was quick and very professional, and the quality of their work was incredible.
I just purchased a new home and needed a post-construction cleaning (combination of an older home + A LOT of dust). The house was spotless after the cleaning.
The price was a bit high; however, you get what you pay for. I would recommend Moxie Maids to anyone looking for a thorough cleaning while working with an extremely professional company

Even on a rainy day where most people would have canceled, Moxie Maids showed up and did a great job deep cleaning our home with all of our pet fur and calling in their carpet cleaner to make our carpets smell nice and fresh. Stephanie and the Moxie crew did an incredible job with our move-in cleaning. From the initial outreach and throughout the process, Stephanie was professional, responsive and on it! In addition to the usual cleaning, the crew paid extra care to any areas of concern that we noted during the arrival walk-through. The before and after results were dazzling. I will definitely engage their services again.

Enjoyed my experience with the Moxie Maids. They first deep cleaned my house and then deep cleaned our office. From start to finish the customer service was very professional and once the left our home and office had a great smell. Would highly recommend their service. I booked a move-out cleaning over their website to have the place dazzling right before our realtor would do a showing (we're out of state and try not to do the 9 hour drive up here too often).
Jennifer, our maid, called to tell us she was here literally one minute before the time we agreed on, which was awesome! Then she did a great job with maybe 1/3 of the checklist items she was able to get to.

The service is rated number one in Atlanta. They are pretty good but I feel as if the deep cleaning service isn't work the $250 charge. I spoke with Stephanie over the phone, and told her I felt as if my service wasn't a "deep clean" and that it wasn't completed. She was willing to talk to me, but just kept offering excuses as to why the job was completed. She is nice and not excessively rude but there was no resolution offered to my situation.
Overall, I think the price is too expensive the kind of service they provide.

Absolutely loved the ladies who came out to the house to clean. My appointment was at 12pm and the arrived at 11:30am and got started right away. When they were almost done they called me to do a quick walkthrough to make sure I was pleased with the work and if I had any areas of concern. I will definitely use them again and have already referred them to my friends!

They were professional throughout the entire process - from making the reservation, to confirming their arrival time, to arriving ON TIME at my house, to cleaning my house.
