Excellent service and support. A structural component had failed on my garage door after 18 years of use. I contacted a number of local garage door firms and they all wanted to sell me a new door. I contacted Cooke's and spoke with Bruce WHO took the time to LISTEN. He was happy to supply the part so I could complete the repair of the door.

Very professional and helpful, I called and explained my situation and sent pictures, Brian came to my house the same day and explained the problem, he came out the very next day as promised and installed a new garage door opener. It’s very nice and so much better than the one I currently had. I loved the service he provided and I’m very much satisfied.
