First of all when I made the call to request a quote, the gentleman on the line went above and beyond by allowing me to try to troubleshoot my problem over the phone. This is unheard of.

The price was right where I thought it should be. I can't explain how helpful, respectful, and professional this company is. Mike was the installer of my new garage door and he has a great work ethic and attitude. I couldn't imagine getting a garage door put in would be such a great experience. I needed the door to be set a little lower to remove the gap that was left where I could see light coming though from the initial install. I called and guess what, they were here in less than an hour to fix the problem at no charge.

Our garage door just decided to stop opening and it looked like it was the door itself and not the opener. So I called Pro-Line mainly because of the star rating and they're local to me. I spoke to Alrene on the phone, and she was extremely kind and helpful. It was such a pleasure speaking to her! The connection between the motor and our garage door broke. I called Pro-Line and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mike came out even a little earlier than the window I was given, quickly sized up the problem, gave me a reasonable price, and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Very happy with this company. My residential roll-up garage door came off the track, one of the tension cables got tangled up and both of the top rollers came out. This happened the evening before we were set to leave for some Thanksgiving travel, so I cut the tangled cable and released tension on the other one to get the door closed. First of all just dealing with garage malfunction is just an added stress. But went through couple reviews and went with Proline. I called and Jimmy supervisor responded and was professional and very patient. He came about 9:30am did a through Inspection of the damaged garage and give me two options. 1. Short and immediate temporary repair and 2. Long term investment. The person, Valentine who installed my double garage door with windows was extremely methodical in the process of how he removed my old door and installed the new one.
He was so thorough in making sure it was installed correctly and worked smoothly when it went up and down.
Mike came back to install a bigger bottom gasket so I would have a closed seal at both sides when the garage door is closed. I was impressed with what he had to do to put a bigger gasket at the bottom of the door.

We were looking to convert our garage space into a multi-use office + storage room for our house and realized the lack of light might be a concern for us. Jose arrived the same day I called, within the time window that I was promised. When I called for the estimate I was given an estimate based only on my unprofessional assessment of the problem. This repair was on a rental I own and I was hoping to have it repaired the same day my tenant called.

Garage spring broke Sat morning and I had things to do, but the mini van was stuck inside the garage. Called a few place, but they could only come out the next day. Pro-Line Garage said they could send someone out in the next hour. Jose called me and verified some info and showed up as expected. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a garage door or garage door opener system. I initially called them a few months ago when my garage door was giving me problems closing. Mike came out, serviced the door (oiling, etc.) then readjusted my sensors. My door opener brand (Chamberlain) apparently has light sensitive sensors and I have a west facing garage door, so in the afternoon, the door won't close because the direct light makes he sensors react as though something is there. Jimmy arrived on time for our appointment. I was surprised that he could replace my garage door quickly. I’d had other people tell me it could take over a month. I called them in a Saturday and they sent a technician out Monday afternoon. They were able to fix my tricky 12-13 year old glass roll up garage door when the door stopped automatically opening and closing. The wall switch stopped working and they installed a new wall switch.
The technician arrived early and I appreciated how honest he was about the diagnosis. They only did the essential work and we made a plan for future replacement of bottom door weather stripping (the rubber shrinks over time) and what didn't need to be maintained currently.
