I called today and was able to get a technician today. The repairman was at our house in the time frame that was advised. He knew what was wrong within a few minutes. He was very professional and fixed it completly. He explained how it happened.

I ha. d 2 issues with this the company… They come to my home and inspect the issue. Cool connections was the one that I thought that was the best fit for our family and at the end of the day they did not even pull a permit for out air ducts (we live in Clay County & we are required to have a permit), when I asked him (owner) if he had pulled the permit for our air ducts , he said he was going to pull them later on in the month and he never did. I called several times and never got an answer. It has been past a year and I am still waiting for the fact that the main boss Chris was supposed to pull
