The Villas at Lavender Lane is a great place to live. The The rent is very reasonable and the one bedroom apartment is beautiful and brand new. Love the layout. Staff is very friendly and maintenance prompt and considerate. We have two dogs and there's plenty of dog friendly places and they provide waste bags and poop stations for the dogs.

Moved out three months ago, and just now getting my rent deposit refund. That was after calling and emailing multiple times with no response back. When I did get a response, they told me my emails were going to junk, still never gave me info about where my refund was. My rental was very well taken of, I have pictures of when I moved in and out. Always on time for rent. There should be no reason why it took this long to receive my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope no one has this trouble.

Best thing about this property was that it is in Johnson City and close to everything. The negatives include that the apartments are made and equipped cheaply. The upstairs was also super hot despite the air conditioning being on. Management was not fair during the move out process. This might partly be my fault for not being present during the final walkthrough, but I felt no need to be there as the apartment was in the same shape I received it in. We were charged $60 to replace two toilet seats that barely had normal wear and tear. And from insiders, I have heard that the toilet seats have not

The Villas at Avery Creek is an awesome gem of an apartment community here in South Asheville. The Villas are conveniently located to most everything Asheville has to offer, it's just a ten minute drive to the airport, twenty minutes to downtown, and the Biltmore park Town square is less than five minutes away. The apartments are brand new, spacious, and updated with the latest appliances. The community is quiet and everyone I've met has been exceptionally nice, especially the staff on site. I can always go to Rachel if I ever have any issues with anything, and the clubhouse is a lot of fun! Good

My family and I have lived at the Mountain View Villas for several months now. I personally cannot say enough about how professional and personable the people here are. They maintain the property very well. Including monthly maintenance. The best thing I can say is that the maintenance staff is fantastic. If there is an issue Mike and the crew are on top of it ASAP. Mike is personable and very professional when interacting with Tennants. David, is the property manager who helped us to obtain our place. He too was professional and friendly. I have lived at The Villas at Towne Acres for two years now and I couldn't have asked for a better apartment community. The apartments are nice, grounds are always well kept, and everyone I've met has been so friendly. We also love the location - within minutes of Kroger, Starbucks, and the mall. Highly recommend!

My family and I have lived here just a little over a year and I could not be more happy with this property. The office and maintenance staff are always so kind and quick to help with any questions or needs. We love everything this property has to offer! Not to mention how quiet it is considering you’re right next to someone. We hope to stay here for years to come since we have been so happy here. 5 star rating from us and highly recommend this property!

This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful I feel like I am at a resort. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.
