I don’t know how there are so many positive reviews. Most of the people I’ve spoke with that have Jason Day homes had issues, and at one point or another dealt with his attitude. He apparently does not use quality subcontractors, and it takes multiple calls to get any of his employees back over to address issues. The house is only 2 years old and the undermount kitchen sink fell out!! This has not been the only issue I’ve had either. Buyer beware!!!

We used Jason Day Construction to design and build our new house. Very easy to work with and great quality work. He and his staff were very helpful with any changes made and very responsive. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to build a new quality home.
