Thank you to Joe and the guys at Prontotech! My heat pump went bad and the system stopped cooling and flooded my basement. They worked me right into their busy schedule, no problem. Replaced my system with a new one and they were done in a half-day’s time. Also, Matt was prompt and extremely professional. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. I was in a bind because I was set to move into our new house with my wife and two kids when I discovered that the A/C stopped working. I called ProntoTech, who after hearing my predicament, immediately came out at 8:30 in the evening, tested all of my units and provided me with an extremely reasonable quote to replace the broken A/C. The quote was so reasonable that I actually had them replace an old furnace as well. In the end, the actual owner of the company came out with his employees on a Saturday to make sure everything

I can’t say enough about ProntoTech. I had a furnace and AC installed in my home. Joe was prompt, professional, and honest. He did exactly as he said he would and the price was definitely fair. He was upfront with everything and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. He even made some suggestions to get better airflow upstairs and made some small repairs to my ductwork. I would recommend Joe and ProntoTech to friends and family without hesitation. Great work!

I wish there were 10 stars because that is what Matt and his team deserve. Matt returns my calls or texts within hours of me making them. His heating/air conditioning knowledge is incredible and he will be honest with you regarding what is best for your situation. He arrived early the morning to start my job and when they all left, you couldn't tell 4 men had been here. There is no doubt in my mind that Pronto Tech is THE BEST!!!!!!

Matt returned my calls/text messages within hours of me sending them. He provided quotes to me within the time frame he told me he would. He showed up early the day he came to do my job. His team cleaned up so well there was no trace that 4 men had been working at my house all day. He answered all my questions and was honest with me on what was best for my house. I am thrilled with Matt's service! Hands down the best in Pittsburgh!!!!
