We had a scurry of squirrels in the rafters of our gym, doing damage and creating extra work for our cleaning crew. Kaptar Environmental Services helped us resolve the issue in a timely manner. We really enjoyed working with Dave. Very knowledgable and accommodating!

David is great. I won't use anybody else. He is very thorough and his methods actually PREVENT rodents from coming back. Many companies will set traps and NOT exclude. Once Kaptar was done NO MORE MICE. Haven't seen one mouse in two years since he completed his service. No brainer use Kaptar.

A friend of ours referred us to Dave at Kaptar after we found a mouse in our house. He was so great to come out and inspect everything for us and let us know what our options were -- without being too pushy, as many pest control services are. We were so impressed with how friendly and knowlegable he was.
A couple of weeks later, we ended up with a bird caught in our chimney. He was so great to come right over the same day we called and took the time to not only carefully remove the bird, but also let us know what we could do to prevent it from happening again.

Had the house and basketball hoop (yes..hoop) treated for bees/wasps today after reaching out to them in less than 48 hours. Even offered to inspect my attic. As a bonus got recommended a new bagel place to try ha!

Just had my free inspection with Dave to take a look at an ant problem I'm having. They really do mean free inspection. Great communication from this company and scheduling an appointment was very easy. The person answering your call is likely going to be the one coming out to inspect which is a nice personal touch that you don't get very often with bigger companies. There's a reason these guys have 5 stars and I highly recommend choosing Kaptar for your pest control needs.

I was very impressed by the speed and responsiveness of Kaptar. I called in the morning, had an inspection and a treatment by the same afternoon. The rate was reasonable and I wasn’t pressured to sign up for a pricey maintenance plan which wasn’t in my budget. I’m also comfortable with their guarantee and coverage of reapplication if the carpenter bees return within the coverage time.
