A great experience from start to finish. We were in mid process of selling a house and we needed a termite treatment to sell. The technician was super nice over the phone, he was helpful and honest during the inspection, he gave us the lowest price out of 3 companies and he helped with annoying requests from the mortgage company after the payment was delivered. That’s a 5 star service in my book.

Both I and my wife want to acknowledge your service guy. He was very professional in conduct, a very willing and good listener to the needs of the customer. He was extremely courteous and respectful. He performed his job very well. It is not often that companies are represented by such employees.We wanted to share our opinion and let you know of our good experience. We want him to be the technician to visit our house at all times when we have pest control issues.

Very happy with this pest control service. I called on a wim hoping they could come out on short notice and they provided great service. Ended up getting to talk with the owner about our pest issue. We were having infestations of ants and spiders in our Naperville home. Highly recommend this company for affordable and quality service. Thanks again !

Wow! I called about mice in my basement and ants crawling all over the house. They were able to give me an over the phone estimate and have someone out promptly the next day. The technician who came out was very professional. Pricing was reasonable and we no longer have mice or ants in our home for now.

Happy with everything that Naperville Pest Control Pros has done for us in the last couple weeks. They've been working hard to eliminate the bed bugs from our residence. When I called Naperville Pest Control Pros I was greeted by a warm girl who was attentive and knowledgeable. A technician was scheduled to come out the next day early in the morning. Morning came soon enough and he was right there on time. We were very happy.
I learned a lot about mice control and hiring an exterminator. I would definitely use the Naperville Pest Control Pros again in the future, highly recommended!
