Wow! What amazing customer service and knowledge!! Ritch went far above and beyond my expectations. He was incredibly personable and really listened to our concerns. Ritch was able to carve out time in his day to come take a look at our house the same day we called him. If that’s not great service, I don’t know what is. He was very good at explaining everything in simple terms for us to understand (we have no mold knowledge) and answered all of our questions and concerns. Ritch was AMAZING to work with. The inspection on our house found some mold when we were trying to sell. We had Ritch and another business out to look and quote the job. Ritch helped us with water issues we had in our basement following a bring rain in the spring of 2012. What I thought was going to be several hundred dollars or much worse turned out to be $50 for renting a fan and some time to dry things out. Ritch went way above and beyond in helping get the job done right and even brought in a commercial dehumidifier just to make sure the job was done well and that we were happy. Ritch Paprocki visited our home to inspect a problematic wall that had evidence of moisture and mold. We were extremely impressed! He was extremely prompt, prepared, very well-spoken and professional, extremely knowledgeable. He provided a lot of great advice, delivered clearly and succinctly. Luckily it turned out to be nothing more than a need to clean the wall a bit. If we ever have moisture problems, I will call DryHero in a heartbeat.
