Dave was very helpful. We weren't sure if we had a mold problem or not, but Dave was very thorough in his investigation and gave us the peace of mind we didn't have an issue. Two years ago we had what we thought was an unsolvable problem. Our small office building on the Main St of a small town had a severe mold problem. Many other businesses had mold issues all of which were due to several unavoidable factors. I would recommend A-1 to anyone needing mold remediation services. The manager was friendly and gave me a quote in a very timely manner. The work was scheduled quickly and went exactly as described before work began. Any messes were cleaned up before the workers left for the day and my house was tidy when I got home. The cleanup was thorough and I feel confident my home is now mold-free! Hopefully I never need these types of services again, but if I do I will be calling A-1!

We had water leaking into our basement, and mold under the paneling and in the carpet. Steve came over, and gave me a fair price. His crews put barriers in place to make sure the mold didn't get into the rest of the house, then removed all the paneling and carpet, and then cleaned and disinfected the walls and floors. They then left air cleaners to run over the weekend. On Monday when they removed everything, the basement was clean and smelled perfect, with no traces of a mold or musty scent.
