This review is long overdue. I had the pleasure of working with Rhiannon who's customer service was superb and who kindly assisted me with scheduling the cleaning of my vents and ducts. Randy, the Lead Tech and Cody, his assistant, were also superb. Randy was very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain to me the ends and outs of my HVAC/Duct system. He even brought to my attention an oversight by a previous service tech that could of potentially costs me a ton of money I highly recommend Air Quality Systems and plan to use them in the future..

They were hired to clean the ducts and vents at my mom’s house, that is NOT what they did. They left several registers untouched and never took them off. Left mold around openings and did a really poor job of cleaning the registers they did take down. Called to complain and was told the owner would call back. Never heard a word from them. Really a terrible job. Could not believe they would just leave mold like that and did not say a word to my 80 year old mom before they left it like that.

I am a little late with this post. I didn’t realize that I needed to go around my house and check every vent that was replaced after my duct and vent cleaning. Some vents were not securely replaced, aligned and or fitted properly after completion. A couple, I can actually see the duct as it appears the wrong vent was placed and wasn’t fitted appropriately. My service was back in May.
I will most likely not use this company again.

Would recommend. customer service was great!! techs were on time, could have clean up after themselves a little better and forgot to put all the screws back into one vent (it fell off onto my husbands desk), but thats all very minor compared to the great work they did cleaning the vents. Our house has never smelled better. Will use again.

My first impression of AQS was how great it was to talk to Rhiannon on the phone. She gave me a breakdown of everything they were going to do and what to expect from any company cleaning your ducts. She also sent me to their video. The 2 techs were great. They did exactly what she said they would do with before and after pics. Tech Randy was so professional and informative about the job. I will use them again.👍🏽
