So they told me I would get the $99 air duct cleaning special. I have a really small house and only 4 ducts. I was told that the special was only for ceiling vents and my floor vents didn't count. They used a tiny shop vac and a drill attachment to do a quick job. They were in and out in less than an hour and charged me $175. You could buy the drill attachment on Amazon for $34 and do it yourself. The add talked about some negative pressure system that would completely clean your ducts. They did come out quickly and on time and the guy was friendly but not sure my ducts are much cleaner.

I scheduled Storm to clean my carpet based on a Groupon I found. I also wanted an estimate to clean my air ducts. Over the phone, I asked the receptionist what kind of cleaner they used and she answered that she didnt know, which was odd.
When the rep, Shaun?, came he thought it was a vent only job but said he could also do the carpets. He did an excellent job cleaning the vents (IMO but it was my first time so I have nothing to compare it to.) I liked that he even took photos and short videos to show how dirty the vents were and explained things.

I rarely leave comments but just a warning that if you are ignoring the negative reviews, you do so at your own peril, as I did. These folks do NOT honor there appointments. I had a confirmed appointment with them and they never showed up and never called. I'd made arrangements for the visit which was a waste of my time. Do NOT choose this company if you actually need work done. They are definitely NOT reliable!

My original review from 2020: I'm really getting frustrated with you guys at this point. We paid for you to clean out our vents for TWO systems. As a "courtesy," you offered to clean out our dryer vent as well. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, you sent the new guy to do it... and he completely detached and ruined our vent in the process. You offered to replace the dryer vent we had to repurchase, but then I heard nothing from you. It's been over six months after I sent you the receipt. What's the deal!?

These guys can do the job but they will rip you off. They lied about my system then they tried to charge more than they quoted. Find someone who gives you a FULL quote upfront and refuse to pay more. I paid 300 for a five min job and they tried to charge more.
Oh and yes they do send the nicest person out to do your job. That is on purpose.

This is a bait and switch. I requested the groupon service of dryer vent cleaning for $89. Upon scheduling the service, I was told they would honor the groupon price for the service. Had a 12-2pm appt. scheduled. At 2pm...no call no show. I called the office and was told that someone would call me back. On the call back I was told the tech was held up and could I reschedule for 2 days later. I said no because I had taken off for this appt. Was then told that they would come between 4 and 6pm. I got a call at 6:45pm from the tech that they were 20 min away. They arrived at 7:05pm. The

I am modifying my review after the owner came out the next day after my initial service to try and make things right.
He really did try to go above and beyond to address all of my issues. Very nice guy! He re-blew out/vacuumed my returns and definitely got out WAY more dust and debris.
The vents that still looked dirty he either painted or cleaned himself (which is not part of their normal service so, keep that in mind).
With all of the junk they took out between yesterday and today, I do feel like the air in my house will be cleaner.
I would just say to anyone purchasing their Groupon

I used this service through A Groupon deal. When the guy arrived he stated that he would honor everything in the Groupon deal and then proceeded to tell me everything that didn't cover. The Groupon deal that I got was the best one they offered and the way it read it seemed like it would cover everything, but in the end it felt more like a bait and switch.

We used this company today for Air Duct cleaning. The technician did such a filthy job. The technician did not even open the vents to clean. Just used 3 to 4 feet stick with brush to clean the return. He did not clean the return all the way. I could have done a better job by using our home vacuum cleaner. The technician claimed he completed the job in 10-15 minutes after bringing his vacuum and plugging it in the power cord. This company is ripping off. Please avoid this company.

Please do your research beforehand and call Storm about the Groupon deal before purchasing the voucher to make sure the service you need is covered! The voucher deal with the dryer vent cleaning is only a "maintenance" clean. For a deep cleaning, I was quoted $129 per 10 feet. I would have to then schedule an other appointment to use the voucher for the other items covered in the package deal. Call call ahead! Don't be sneaked into having to purchase a full price for a different level of service.

Don't be fooled by this company's offer to come in and provide their service for a low rate on groupon or other websites. This is just a way for them to get into your house and use scare tactics to ask for several hundreds of dollars for 15 minutes of cleaning. They bring up black mold, fire safety, and your children all in one sentence while trying to drain your wallet. All the mean while they tell you the Groupon you had called them out for did not cover a "deep clean". Did not see that in the print anywhere! They scanned and marked it as redeemed regardless. Total scam, avoid

He called that he was on his way, arrived on time, reviewed with us what was to be done, walked through the house with me to count supply vents and returns then estimated his completion time.
He definitely seemed to know what he was doing & he courteously took time to explain/answer any questions we had.
He worked diligently throughout the day & did a good job of cleaning up when finished.
When finished he recommended us to use a better quality filter then we had,he said his filter will help us to keep our furnace clean and keep any
