From the moment we walked through the door, the quality and craftsmanship were obvious. Care had been taken to assure that every aspect of construction had been thoughtfully planned and executed. Having downsized after nearly 4 decades in our previous home, this has proven to be the perfect place to live.

After reviewing Sterling Home models in the Burlington, VT area I was very impressed with the exterior design features, current trends in product selection and distinct new home layout on the sites. Most importantly Bart and Collin Frisbee , their team are personable, easy to communicate with and desire to meet our expectations.

I've been lucky enough to work professionally with Sterling Homes as a Realtor marketing their new homes for nearly 10 years. When it came time to renovate my older home basement into a family room for grandchildren and guests, I knew that I wanted the Sterling Experience for myself! Sterling helped me to envision the possibilities and transformed the rough, dim space into the warm, inviting and playful room that my family enjoys today. Collin and Crew are The Best! Kelly Fiske

Sterling is the best in the business! Our remodel was well organized, done right and completed on-time. Communication from the company was best in class. We were always aware of the project status and next steps. They managed their vendors and staff well and we were never waiting on materials or labor. We will hire them again for our next project

Sterling Construction repeatedly lied to my face about what they were doing and refused to fix properly mistakes their inferior, amateurish subcontractors made. The ridiculous errors are far too numerous to mention and include absurd blunders in even the most basic construction (for example: an astonishing inability
