I had a scheduled appointment today between 12-2pm. At 11:30, after driving 140 miles to meet the technician, I called to confirm the appointment and to get a more narrow projected time of arrival. I was told that they messed up and did NOT have me on the schedule. The "customer service person, a man started laughing at me when I gave him a few choice words since I was VERY angry that I drove the distance for nothing.
