I cannot say enough about the service that Jorge provided. I called several places on Yelp and Eli Cleaning Services was the only one to return my call.
Jorge explained all that was being done and why. Very straight forward. Clean, efficient, and informative.

I have use their service recently and Jorge was patient and professional. I had to move scheduled on the same day for couple of times and he told me that when ever you are ready give me a call and will be there in 10 to 15 mins and he did. He was thorough with his work and charged reasonably. I highly recommend Eli services and will use them in future whenever I needed their services.

Excellent communication and reliable. We had initially hired Jorge to come and clean all of our vents before our baby comes and he came out, inspected and told us that no cleaning was necessary as they were in great shape. His honesty about the service and state of our vents was incredibly valued so we will definitely be contacting him in the future and recommending his services to our friends and family. He also helped us switch the vents of our master bedroom and gave me some tips on air filters and maintenance. Extremely happy!

I have never used a service to clean my dryer vents, but this time it was a must. I am very pleased with the service that Eli provided. He was very informative, kind, clean, and more importantly professional. Of course I would've liked it happened a couple of days earlier but due to Florida weather there's nothing we could do about that but I'm very appreciative that Eli kept in contact with me over the 2 to 3 days that it was raining. My dryer vents were completely blocked Eli cleaned them out very well and he cleaned up all the mess that it made. I cannot stop bragging about

Great service! Mr. Jorge is a very professional guy, I was impressed by the quality of his service, the equipment used and the results. He cleaned all AC ducts and vents, and he also did the dryer, took every single vent cover and washed thoroughly, he also disinfected the system. Very knowledgeable guy, advised me on changing my thermostat to a new one so that I would save on energy costs, I was just very happy I came across him. Highly recommended!

I can't speak about the actual quality of service that's why I am giving them a two star rating and not a 1 star. I asked for a quote describing what I need done we agreed on the cost, had to wait for them to show up the earliest schedule i can find was a week from the time that we agreed on the cost. Finally this guy shows up and says oh you have high ceilings, I have to come back with an additional person and I don't have a proper ladder i will come back next Wednesday. How many homes with 2 AC in Florida have low ceilings? I was already pissed about the time wasted, but accepted

I hired him to do dryer duct cleaning for both my Mom's house and mine. Jorge was professional and thorough. After having an issue, he came back even though he already did a great job. This proved to me his emphasis on customer service.
Finally, when at my Mom's house, he heard me struggling with a removing a light fixture and didn't hesitate to offer his assistance.

Jorge and his wife came out on a weekend after having to reschedule due to an ill employee. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend if you need your ducts cleaned to use them!
They removed and cleaned all the vents also inside of mine were all painted black he repainted them all white so now they look super clean! I had the cleaning the antibacterial and my dryer vent cleaned.
Anyone looking for these services should definitely hire them they are super nice and clean so
