After one year we are submitting our move out notice since our house is done and believe it or not it's a sad day. Noah's Ark Storage has been the least of our worries during the whole building process, we've always known our belongings were safe. Once we accidentally left our unit unlocked and received a text letting us know that day. Truly you cannot ask for better customer service. Their online payment option is so great along with their monthly statements you receive by email. The owners are so welcoming just like an out of town aunt and uncle you're stopping by to chat with. I can’t say enough nice things about this self storage facility. The managers Jim and Gerry really go out of their way to make you comfortable. As compared to other storage facilities, you get a warm feeling here that lets you know you made the right decision. There are lots of security cameras and gated entrance which was easily accessible 24 hours. Jim tours the property regularly to make sure your things are safe. Not to mention it’s always fun visiting Cabela’s right up the road. Two-thumbs up. There’s no better place to go for self storage in Buda!

I had the best experience storing with this couple at Noah's Ark. Jim and Gerry were very kind to us. My husband and I were new to the state and feeling insecure about storing . I knew I would be the one coming to the storage and mostly alone. They assured me I was safe. Honestly I thought like most people do,they are just saying that to get my money. I was so wrong! Every time I came to my storage ,one of them showed up to check on me and often after hours. I came to realize i was not just a tenant but they knew me by name and I was a person to them. I don't know how others want customer service

Oh my goodness! I have seen a lot of storage facilities but this one is unbelievable! First it looks like home and then you walk in and feel as if you are in a hunting lodge and then the staff is so friendly and helpful. I thought they owned the facility they way they treated us. We had several different needs with needing air conditioned and then outside unit for our tools and such. After talking we found they had drive up air conditioned which worked perfectly for our business. This place is awesome and you feel welcomed which is different.

This storage facility is the most beautiful and unique facility I have ever been to. First off when you pull up they have statues of Buffalo and Deer out front. The facility itself is tastefully done then you go inside and WOW! you feel at home with the outdoor theme kind of like going in Cabela's across the street. Then you meet the resident managers who are very friendly and knowledgeable and help you decide on the right size. They have climate and non climate controlled units and even air conditioned units you can drive right up to and unload which I have never seen. This place is always clean
