The lady who's works there is so rude! She yells at everyone! She yelled at my son one day for walking on the sidewalk and yesterday she yelled a a customer leaving the storage unit. I don't know what her issue is but she seems very angry.

My Best U-Haul & Storage Experience Ever was had at this location. Amazingly, my worst experience ever was at the other location in Kyle. Vickie and Tim not only understand what business they are in, they also have Hearts of Gold. The other business in town was bothered by me asking for the most basic customer service. Please, trust your business to Vickie and Tim at Safe-n-Sound. Vickie, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness during my toughest hours. You are my Angel. Bless you, Rand.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. She seemed like she didnt want to help us, was being very sarcastic and had no patience.
I cannot remember her name but when we returned the vehicle she did not want to get off the phone, we just needed to let her know we didnt use all the miles we said when we rented the uhaul.
the uhaul was clean and helpful for us though.

Haven't gone in there yet, but I called tonight as we're in a bind since we need to move and have a gap. She told me their deals very much in detail and said they had one left at the price and to book online. It didn't let me so I called back after hours to leave a voice mail and Vicki answered, and encouraged us to grab it now and come in tomorrow, Sunday, when they are closed, and offered us the rest of the month for $1. Great service so far, really nice lady.

This facility is great! Ms. Vickie and Tim are amazing, I'm not sure if they own the place but they sure act like owners who have invested a lot of love into this business. Highly recommend, perfect price for what you get and customer service like no other. If you are searching around, atleast just stop in.

I had my belongings store here for over a year and when I finally moved my things out they still charged my debit card. That wasn't my issue, my issue was when I called to let them know I had to keep calling because there was no answer. Vicky answered the phone and I gave her the rundown of what was going on. She said ok give me a min and then she said oh just so you know when I don't answer the phone it means I'm on the other line! Cutest storage unit office with the cleanest, aesthetically pleasing bathroom I've seen in a very long time. If you've read some of my past reviews, you might pick up that I care if a bathroom is clean and stench free or not. They even have a cute little wall decor where the paper towels come out from. My wife and I rented a 10x10 non-climate controlled storage here for about 5 months, the price was fair, compared to all of the ones around. And we even found a coupon we brought in for discounted rent for the first few months. The unit was clean and we just had to leave it broom clean with a 10 day vacancy notice prior to leaving. The office staff was pleasant every time we interacted and the office area was neat and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to rent a unit here again. I would compare using one of these units non climate controlled units to storing stuff in the garage, expect that creepy

I Have Been A Tenant For Going On 3 Years Now And It Has Been Nothing Short Of Great.

Moved some stuff into here for a short period of time during the summer. The facilities were decent and clean, but it didn't seem like we got a good value. I think we rented a 10 x 15 space but it looked like we got a 10 x 5, unless my eyes were tricking me; it was so shallow and small I didn't think our stuff would fit. We paid about $100/month for that. Our previous storage unit elsewhere was much larger and was $60/month. Just didn't seem like we got very much space for the amount of rent charged.

My daughter and I rented a small storage unit to store her stuff over the summer for a few months. The owner was supper nice an accommodating. He allowed us to pay the whole thing up front so we did not have to make payments. Our experience was worry-free. The place is new and the units were in excellent condition.

I've never written a review before because I'm fairly amenable, but Safe-N-Sound storage cost me serious money and aren't attempting to rectify the situation. My husband and I each have a 10 X10 unit in the climate controlled area. We only needed to store our items for less than a month during a house purchase. When we moved, our BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED fully incased with plastic lining sofas out and into our new house there were INSECTS hopping out while the movers we're bringing them in. I had to halt them from being placed inside. I have two toddlers and felt uncomfortable

This storage place is new and so we stopped since it looked cool. When we walked in we were met with a very friendly group. They helped us figure what we needed and saved us money for we figured bigger. They have both air conditioned and non type units and all sizes. I have a big truck and trailer and it was easy to navigate around. Their pricing was surprising as well so if you need storage go no where else but here!

Great new storage facility in Kyle! Manager is a home town girl that has lived here all her life and is ready to help with all of your storage needs. Lots of units to choose from and very clean and well built! Loved the office! Also has boxes and tape and moving stuff to buy. Best place in town!
