We do emergency repairs, we have service contracts and when the old unit is "just too old, " we offer quality replacement units. When I moved in from out of state, all the contractors were busy & nobody had time to help me.

We had Gitchell install a Duckless heat pump a year and a half ago. We are very happy with the unit and the service has been great especially good considering how busy he and his crew are. We have had a couple of times when we had questions about what was going on and he got back to use as soon as he could and answered are questions to are satisfaction.
