Everything was excellent regarding my experience and service with Global warming and cooling. I had an urgent need for A/C service on a 103 degree evening in Wildomar @ 5:30 pm, and in my time of need and desperation, Dan (the Manager was on call) came to my home as promised and proficiently got my system up and running by 7pm. Kudos to Dan and Global Warming and Cooling!!! you`ve definitely earn my trust and future business.

So our ac stopped working in the middle of the heat wave. It was over 95 degrees in the house and we have pets. We were very worried about leaving them in the house while we work. I called other 24 hour ac places and only one answered saying the soonest they had was Thursday between 10-2. It was Sunday night. It was predicted to only get hotter in the next coming days. Then I called global at around 8:15pm on Sunday night. The tech answered right away and quoted me $95 to diagnose the unit but told me after the diagnosis the 95$ goes towards the repair costs. Our AC Unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave (motor stopped spinning). My family got on yelp to call a couple of companies to ask for price ranges. It was around 12:30AM and we got a call back from one company saying they can come down, but ended up calling back saying due to the time they wanted to come the following day. We moved on and kind of giving up, I ran into Global Warming & Cooling and decided to give them a call. Dan answered, listened to our problem, and gave us a price estimate. It was already 1AM and he was willing to come down to diagnose and possibly fix our issue

I have used Dan several times for my rental properties!
Dan is very quick to get back to you provides an accurate cost estimate and explains the services clearly even for a non-heating and air person!
Since I'm typically not at the property he is very good being on time for my tenants , sending receipts and collecting payment online !

After using Dan on a residential job, I further researched everything he stated and quoted because things didn't add up.
I had some commercial HVAC projects I needed to get done, which gave me the opportunity to consult other HVAC companies for quotes on an upcoming project at work. I asked them about the residential work I had done, and all of the quotes they provided were less than half the cost I paid from Global Warming and Cooling. A couple of the technicians also knew of Dan by name as they fixed other jobs that he apparently screwed up

Our central air stopped cooling right in the middle of the latest heat wave. Apparently we had a slow leak and lost some refrigerant. Dan was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule, repaired the leak and refilled the refrigerant. He has helped us out on a few different occasions and has always been very patient with my lame questions and even drew diagrams for me. Global Warming & Cooling has a customer for life. I highly recommend!!

The perfect 5 star rating is very well deserved. He came in 30 min after most places were closed. He fixed our AC and installed our new thermostat when a previous installer could not. Dan is a knowledgeable professional and also has a positive attitude. I like how he was confident he could fix our problem and he did. I will only be calling him in the future for all our AC needs and would recommend him to anyone.

My wife is pregnant and we are due in several days. Our A/C broke down and we were struggling to find someone to help. We sent Global a message on Yelp, they called us back within 30 minutes and sent a technician out within 3 hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly (melted wires), replaced the wiring and cleaned out the coils. The system is working great now thanks to them.

Dan is the man! Super quick response to a service call as the AC condenser contact got fried and cooling stopped. Replaced the faulty part - Time of request to job completion merely 45 min! Best part, Dan cleaned up the coils free of cost and provided some handy tips for DIY maintenance. Glad, we found our go-to guy for all future HVAC jobs. Thanks again Dan!

All I can say is "Hats off to Dan". I come back from work to find the wife and kids sweating like crazy because the AC unit stopped working. 630pm, what do you do? CALL DAN. Seriously, came over at around 8, quickly assessed the situation, replaced the parts and Boom! AC is back up and running in less than 30min.
I rarely write reviews but this guy deserved the effort. Trust me. He's honest, efficient and not expensive. Never tried to over sell me on anything. Don't hesitate! Call him now! Don't "sweat it" ;)

I just got my Air Conditioner serviced by this company and I must say the experience was very positive. I called numerous companies trying to schedule an appointment and most of them just ignored my request. I gave up trying to contact the highest rated yelp reviews and just looked for companies near my area with good reviews. I submitted a request for quote and was contact by Dan within 10 minutes! He came out and diagnosed the problem and explained every step of the process. He even told me some basic maintenance and easy repairs I can do myself that are very common.

My AC stopped working on one of the hotter days this month. Dan took my call around 11am and came out same day to fix. He gave me 4-5pm window when he would be here and he got to my house 5 minutes early. He asked where my AC unit was and diagnosed the problem with few mins. The capacitor needed replacement and he showed me the old part and installed new part quickly. Total time was under ten minutes. I highly recommend him based on communication, professionalism, promptness, and technical ability to assess and fix the problem quickly.

Dan is an expert. He saved me time, money and stress because he was able to pinpoint the problem with my furnace quickly and efficiently. I had another person work on it the day before for several hours and he wasn't able to identify the problem. Dan knew the problem and had it solved in under an hour. What a huge relief!
