Left them voicemail. Didn’t get a callback. Then I called them again. A guy answered- told me he saw my message . ( okay!!??? If you saw my message why I didn’t get a callback????).
He told me he’s coming to test a mold at our house on Thursday at 9am.
I said- ok.
Then guess what!!!???
He DID NOT COME!!!!!
I called. Then a girl answered. She told me I do not have an appointment. ( wow!!! Just wow!!).
She told me the guy I talked to was the manager.
And told me that the manager will call me to check what happened to my appointment.
Guess what!!!
HE DID NOT CALL ME!!!!

Mitch came to our home and inspected the work but could not manage to follow through with a quote. He told us he would get back to us with a quote. Several calls and still no quote after 6 days so we hired someone else.
A company that cannot even manage to produce a quote could hardly be trusted to do the job. We were under a time crunch to get the work done so we could close on our house and could not afford to waste 6 days waiting for a quote.

Amazing job, had mold issues with an apartment. Apartment denied everything. Hired Mitch and he took a test and every sample came back positive for toxic mold that causes pneumonia. Extremely knowledgeable with everything and very helpful. If you are having trouble with mold give Mitch a call! Mold was making us sick and we got out of the lease. Can't thank him enough!

I discovered mold on a holiday weekend and the Moldman was one of the only people who answered the phone! He was Courteous, on time, thorough, dependable, knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy. When the testing came back positive for mold he immediately called me and explained the circumstances then emailed me a written report the same day.
