Services
A radon test is taken to determine the amounts of radon inside the house. Radon is a radioactive gas that is caused by the breakdown of uranium in the ground. Because radon is a light gas it will flow from the ground up through the house, as it enters the house it can become trapped causing higher amounts of radon to collect inside the house.
Our level one certified thermographer will use a high resolution infrared camera to locate areas of moisture under the roof surface, these areas will be marked with a paint stick and numbered so that the property owner, roofing contractor or insurance company can locate them later for further evaluation.

Very professional. On time, answered all the questions I had. Gave me an insight to my purchase which allowed me to make an educated decision on the property. Laura with Sure Shot Exterminating Inc. did a thoroughly checking the home for termites and moisture. Josh and Greg made sure the the home was entirely inspected from top to bottom.

This was a very joyful experience.
We put a contract on a home on New Years weekend. Contacted OK INSPECTIONS and they were able to get it done on Monday MORNING no less.
Both the listing realtor and my agent were shocked.
The listing agent met Josh from OK inspections and I could tell he was impressed with the detailed and communication skills

Clay was punctual (even early) in arriving, starting with the outside first and thoroughly went through the home during the inspection. He took photos and had all the gadgets necessary to check every component of the home. He delivered the findings to my buyer in a calm, respectful and informational manner. He was patient to answer my buyers’ questions and never made them feel rushed. They are in their 80’s and buying a home for the first time in 26 years, so this was very much appreciated by all of us! Josh Willinger did the inspection today on the first home I’ve sold as a Realtor in Oklahoma. Prior to my clients showing up to the home to pay for the inspection, Josh walked me through what sets them apart from other companies and also showed me what to look for in the future as a Realtor.
