I had a semi in ground pool installed by Sparkle during the summer of 2021. Overall the installation was pretty good. No damage was done to parts of the pool. The men working seemed to be knowledge and did show me how to operate the pump. However they did not do a very good job of leveling out the sand under the liner and as a result the bottom of the pool is very lumpy. This makes it difficult to clean because algae wants to grows in those areas and the pool vacuum cant get to all lumps and lows. In addition, I think they only finger tightened all the bolts on my pump and filter. Some were

We have been using Sparkle Pool Service for a few years. They came and installed our semi-inground pool and have been opening and closing the pool ever since. Generally, they are very reliable and compared to other pool services, more reasonably priced. Our pool thankfully requires very little professional maintenance and this pool service is perfect for what we need them for. Also, they did a great job installing our pool. Everything was explained to us ahead of time with regard to what would happen. I would recommend them.

Hello, the worst experience with this company. If you have the opportunity to seek the assistance from another company, PLEASE do so. I reside in Long Island, NY and several yrs. ago; I purchased a semi in-ground pool from BROTHERS. Through their contract with Sparkle, they set my pool. Earlier this year, 2021 I reached out to Sparkle to schedule an appointment to replace the liner of my pool. I was scheduled for a Friday and to my surprise, the assigned staff to do the job showed up a day early (thurs.). The staffer that was sent to do the job were two young guys. We used Sparkle pool service to take down a pool that a tree had fallen on and install a new pool that we brought from Brothers 3 Pools . They took down the old pool and threw on the side of the yard did not clean up anything.They installed the pool but did not put up the ladder.They we're very rude to my husband who is a Senior citizen.Do not use Sparkle Pool Service!!!!!

Used Sparkle to install our above ground pool 2 years ago and had them open and close the pool last year. The service men that come to your home look for every way to cut corners. When they closed the pool last year, they did not properly secure the winterizing accessories and cover, so when they came to open the pool this year, they arrived outside of the given time window they were to come, connected the pump, and opened the cover of the pool with sludgy water dropping in the pool. I used Sparkle to excavate my yard and install my semi-in ground at the recommendation of Brothers 3 pools. Steve and his crew at Sparkle did a fantastic job taking care of my yard and respecting my property. Steve is always prompt on arrival and responsive to phone calls and texts. He valued my input and went above and beyond to make sure my yard and pool were exactly the way I wanted.
Mike and his crew installed my pool and also valued my input and were very professional and prompt. All very nice people.They made a potentially stressful project very pleasant.

Sparkle Pool Service is an amazing company. We scheduled an installation of a heat pump. The heat pump delivery was canceled 3 times by a distributor. Each time we had to change our appointment and the receptionist at Sparkle was so understanding and accommodating each time. And then when the installers came to hook up the heat pump they were beyond knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend this customer friendly company. Ordered a above ground pool and called this company for a quote for installation. The first thing I told her was where I got the pool "pool factory" and the model intrepid. The lady who answered the phone said $1100 plus additional charge for added leveling if needed. We set up a install date. They called a few days prior and had to reschedule. Then the day before rescheduled install the same lady called to confirm and restated $1100 for the install - and must be paid in cash/cashiers check. Decided to take a chance with this company to shrink wrap my pool furniture and outdoor furniture and wow am I glad I did, they came on time, professional & quality workmanship and just super nice. I highly recommend them for all your shrink wrapping needs.

We are very pleased with Sparkles professional and courteous service. From excavating to installing our semi-inground pool this season to making sure dirt and debris was not left behind. They were prompt & efficient. You can tell they enjoy what they do and it shows while they work as well as in the finished product. From inquiry to install Sparkle’s customer service was first class even through the moving target of an install date during COVID shutdown they kept in touch and the wait was well worth it. The crew was friendly, clean, competent, hardworking and did a great job with our long awaited pool and got it done just in time to enjoy for the 4th of July holiday when we weren’t going to be going anywhere. Our original install date was April. Once opened they kicked it into high gear and we really appreciate it. I’ll definitely use them for our service and winter closing including shrink wrapping!

BAIT AND SWITCH company. After the office asked what pool I needed installed they quoted me $1100 plus leveling fees. I accepted then set up a install date. Evening before install the lady calls and again verifies $1100 plus leveling fees. Then when the workers show the next morning they said the office made a mistake it is $1300 plus fees. After taking the day off work I allowed them to continue and figured I would call the office next day to get a refund. After speaking to the lady the next day she admitted she made a mistake but wouldn’t refund me $200 as she quoted twice. Bait and Switch

The sparkle crew was outstanding. They worked with my delivery date which was pushed back a few times. Once the pool came in these guys were ready. Fast, professional, and quality work. Would recommend them for any pool services.

Thank You for your service of uncovering our pool. At first there was a time mix up (reason for 4 starts instead of 5) but Courtney got on that right away, sent the guys right over since they were still in our area and all worked out great! The pool was glistening and sparkling spotless when the cover came off so it shows a great job you did in the Fall of covering it. Mike, the guy who headed the operation was super cool and put our ladder in for us since my husband already had the filter all set up. Much appreciated! Horrible. They came to do an installation and left a leak on the pump. When I called to ask if they could come back some woman with a very arrogant attitude answered the phone and said she would send the guys back even though they normally would charge. When they came they rang the doorbell. I looked out the window told the guy to hold. Next thing I know I have this guys at my screen door. If your told to hold your supposed to hold on not just proceed into peoples backyards. I had my screen door open to come into the house and he was 2 feet from where my kid was sitting in the island in the middle

Sparkle did it again! I have had nothing but great experiences with them and now they offer shrink wrapping....Stephen and Mike were at my
home last week and shrink wrapped everything... Patio furniture, AC unit, and heater. I could not be more pleased with the work done in my yard, very professional.

I have been using Sparkle Pools service since the install of my pool. They open and close my pool every season. I recently had them wrap my yard furniture, heat pump, and hvac unit. Very please with the quality of work. They took there time and made sure everything was wrapped thoroughly. Always professional and dependable I will definitely be using them for all wrapping purposes moving forward.

This company shrink wrapped all my backyard furniture. They were there when promised and kept in contact. When they arrived they were efficient and did a great job. Nice people, great job and good pricing.

I've used other companies for shrink wrap in the past and always seem to be unsatisfied. These guys were professional and took pride in their work. Prices are very fair too. I will be using them again.

Never in my life have i dealt with such unprofessionals. From showing up with no shirts on to leaving garbage and cigarettes all over my yard. Also having me over dig by 5' x 27' and telling me i have to pump water out of my pool to repair leaking skimmer. Went with 3 Brothers Pool on this suggestion . Not a great business transaction.
