Came home from out of town Friday evening to broken water heater. cleaned up the mess and called Saturday morning. Keith answered and after I explained he said he would try to come out. He called back a few minutes later and said he was on his way. By noon I had a new water heater installed and working just fine. he was fast friendly and professional. Good price as well would highly recommend.

Our water heater went out and we needed it fixed asap. KC was recommended by a neighbor and not only had a competitive quote but was willing to come out right away and replace it on a Saturday morning. Fast, Friendly, and quality service and work. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

I called KC Services as my drain in the basement had water coming up. I had a lot of musical instruments and was very frantic about them getting ruined. KC Services were busy but said they would call me if they had time as it would be a couple days if I had to make an appt. Anyway, they called back around an hr or so later, got to my house within another 15 min and took care of the problem! They are awesome! Professional, reasonable and did an absolute great job! I will be calling them again! They also do HVAC and other services. I highly recommend them!

It was such a pleasure to meet Keith when he installed our new water heater last week. He answered the phone each time we called. He made our appointment for the install within a couple days. We needed to change the time that he came out and he accommodated us. He is trustworthy and knows his trade exceptionally well. We plan on having him come back to put in a new faucet in our tub/shower at some point. We highly recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing projects done. It is wonderful to know that we have found someone like him to call when issues arise. Thank you SO much, Keith!

Asked for them to give me a quote, showed up over an hour late and said the estimate would take 1-2 business days. I've called repeatedly and tried contacting them and have finally given up after 2 weeks of waiting with no response. Coming from the trade business myself, this is very unprofessional. Even if you're busy you should still be able to notify the customer and give them an good explanation.

This is the second time I’ve called KC Services for help. The first time he came to fix a hose faucet that went bad and flooded our basement. He fixed everything up very fast and now it’s as good as new. The second time he came to fix my air conditioner that wasn’t blowing out cold air. Again, he fixed it up quickly and it’s good as new! He was able to come out both times the same day I called. I called him at 8am and by 11:30am my AC was fixed! Both times he gave me a call when he was on his way which is really nice because you know when to expect him. Super friendly and professional.
