We had an emergency clog for the inlet to our septic system. They were the only ones that had any available technicians on a Saturday afternoon. David and Gary showed up and went straight to work. They quoted the price upfront and stuck with that price even though it took a little more time than expected. Bill Bradley will be my first call every time. You guys have earned a customer for life.

If you’re on a budget, this isn’t the company for you. I called needing someone to check out duct work for leaks and repair a leaking water line in the attic. A/C Tech shows up, doesn’t find anything wrong with the duct work, changed the air filter (using one we had), and afterwards charged me $135 to basically look in my attic and change an air filter. It was a $70 charge just for him showing up and $65 to look in the attic and change an air filter. Afterwards, I almost canceled the plumber, but decided to go ahead for the sake of convenience in not having to find/schedule someone else.

I had Bill Bradley install new AC unit in my home 8 years ago. Called Sunday morning because my AC blower motor was making a high pitch squealing noise and the motor was getting hot. During the call I was informed a technician would be out to take a look at the unit “within the hour” and they would call when the technician was headed our way. Four hours later the technician showed up (without calling).
The technician looked at the AC unit and said “your blower motor is going out.” I asked if it was covered under warranty since the entire unit was purchased new 8 years ago and he said “no

Will never know if they are good or not. Simply needed a copper line replaced from the sink to fridge, but yet they want $60 just to COME OUT AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE. The whole POINT of getting an ESTIMATE is to find out who will the best work for a price that is NOT OUTRAGEOUS. C'mon.....I would be out $60 if they didn't offer COMPETITIVE PRICES.

Sunday, June 6, 2021, we had a massive leak from our water meter. The city came out and dug it up and stated the leak was on our side. We needed to call a plumber. A plumber came out from Bill Bradley. He got out of his truck, walked over to the meter and immediately walked back to his truck. We asked what was wrong, he said I am writing you an estimate. We asked for what, he said to repair it. He NEVER bent down to look at it, Never checked anything out. He gave us the estimate for $604.00. We asked again what was wrong. He said you accept the estimate or he is leaving. We asked again exactly
