Personally, I do not recommend this company. I am very disappointed with the result of their service since I hired the service of their camera to know what was the reason why my drain was often clogged. I wanted to know if the tube had collapsed, was it broken or had roots, but the only result was that I knew that it was clogged and the exact point, where it was located something that I already knew so I paid 526 dlls. for nothing and I also lost five hours from my job. since in one day I lost two hours and in another day I lost three hours

I wish I could say it was a good experience. But, they don't give you an appointment time, and with a job that is hard to do. I then explained this to them, that I work an hour from home and just getting a call when they are available didn't work for me. She did understand that and then was able to schedule me a time. After taking time off of work and waiting, I had to call when they were over an hour late. I was informed the plumber had decided that he was taking other jobs in the morning and I would be in the afternoon. I found this to be very unprofessional as we had an agreed upon time and

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received today. I got same day service and they worked with my schedule. Cameran and Corey were professional and very friendly, I enjoyed talking with them. They completed the job very quickly and the charge was much lower than I expected. CROOKS, AND A HUGE RIP-OFF!! Cole came out to do a clean out drain job at my house. While there, their main job was to sell me one of their products. I informed them that I wanted a cleanout and that I wasn't interested in buying a root service for over two hundred dollars a year. They informed me that they could not guarantee their work unless I purchase this service at the same time. Please take my advice and call someone else. I ended up paying them $60 to get them out of my yard. They took what they did not earn.

UNPROFESSIONAL, CROOKED, AND A HUGE RIP-OFF!! I GIVE THEM NO STARS. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING COLE PLUMBING!! Our hot water heater wouldnt heat; we had a plumber come to diagnose the problem. Prior to arrival, my husband called and specifically asked for the technician to call him before making any repairs. We were told that we could turn down the service and pay a $60 service fee or have them fix our hot water heater and pay for the services and have the service fee waived. After only 12 minutes, the plumber came out and said he fixed the hot water heater and that it would cost $194. All he did
