We had our fall checkup today. Carlos came out. He checked over the system and discused some concerns I had and answered my questions.
He was courteous and proffecianal.
He also cleaned up my outside cooling unit. I have had pretty good luck with this company overall.

We have utilized this company ever since we moved into our new home. They have installed energy saving thermostats, handled warranty issues and have done spring and fall checkups for us.
Very few minor issues. Any issue we've had was resolved promptly

Initially, the prices this company had for replacing outside A/C units was one of the best I could find. So much so that after replacing 1 outside unit I contacted them 6 months later when the second outside unit needed to be replaced.
Yesterday, I left to go shopping with my wife and returned 3.5 hours later to find out my upstairs was in triple digits and our pet bird was dead. Turns out the capacitor went bad at 13.5 months.
I tried to contact them Sunday evening and was unable to get ahold of anyone. I called the after hours line for efficient heating and air and was able to get a tech scheduled

I was impressed by Texas Comfort Air, and I don't impress easily. My 15 year old AC had broken down for the last time, so i shopped around for several estimates. TCA was cheapest, but I liked their professionalism and response speed, so they did the install. Special kudos to their receptionist, she was in constant contact with me with updates on the service call. They found a different brand that was equal in value and warranty to the one quoted, which in itself is admirable with the industry shortages, and showed up the next day. Stopped for a bathroom break and to stretch our legs while traveling to winstar. The bathrooms were clean (which is always a HUGE plus for travelers). The store was clean and I believe there is a little restaurant connected to the store. Good stop to top off your fuel, grab some snacks and use the bathroom

I was most pleased that the techs explained every aspect of replacing my entire unit. They told me the difference in unit brands and SEERs. They recommended a brand and SEER for my replacement; and it wasn't the highest most expensive available. I was very skeptical at first. But as they progressed and kept me informed , I felt more confident. They were very honest with me. A couple of times parts didn't arrive timely or got damaged in transport. They always kept me abreast and even compensated me for the inconvenience! What other company does that???? They always arrived at there

Initial contact was handled by a highly competent individual(Abigail) who was pleasant, extremely courteous and very engaging. She asked all the right questions and set me up for a next-day service call. She made contact the following day to advise me that the technician was on the way. Shortly thereafter, I received notification from the technician, along with a picture so that I would know who was arriving at my home to perform the service I had requested. The technician(Martin)was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, engaging and efficient. He was extremely thorough and explained everything

I had issues with my Air Conditioning unit and Texas Comfort Air sent out a technician to fix the issue. The gentleman was fast friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't have been happier with the level of service and friendliness we received. He even used hand tools instead of power tools to prevent waking up our new born baby. Highly recommend

We had a new AC/Heating system install by Texas Comfort Air. The team showed up when scheduled and was able to complete the installation quickly with no impact to our personal life.
We were able to hear and feel the difference as soon as they left. We could hear our old system running but not the new one it's very quiet and now our house stays a consistent temperature all year round. With our old system we were constantly adjusting the temperature to get the house to a comfortable setting but with the new one we set it with no additional adjustments.

As a small business owner I recognize work and great customer service when I see it. My home unit went out and we called Texas Comfort Air. We were given an approximate time and 30 minute notice of arrival. All went exactly as planned, got the call, Mark arrived and had a diagnosis in minutes. He had the correct part changed out and repair completed in under 30 minutes. Great guy I will be calling for future needs
