Lauren is our dedicated office manager, she is in the office part-time but you will always find her working no matter where she is. She has done a little bit of everything but found her home here with Metcalf Plumbing, working alongside her dad. She grew up in Arbutus but now lives in Frederick with her husband, daughter, and dogs.
Metcalf Plumbing provides you a written guarantee once the work is completed. Manufacturers offer warranties on equipment and we follow the manufacturer warranties. For example, if a water heater leaks under one year, there is a one year warranty provided for labor. For water and sewer lines, they are guaranteed for a full three years for any labor or replacement.
Metcalf Plumbing is passionate about improving the lives and communities we live and work in every day. Community outreach is a way of life for Les Metcalf and his team. One of the organizations we support is Tall Cedar Foundation which supports the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Tall Cedars of Lebanon is an appendant Masonic organization devoted to fostering friendship and fellowship among Freemasons and to all mankind.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Metcalf Plumbing performed. We had a couple of issues, one of which we had been dealing with for a while and even had another plumber look at to no avail, and Lou came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He promptly made the repair and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the whole process. The rate charged was more than reasonable and we would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you Metcalf!

Mike was on time and listened to my description of the drain problem and then explained how how he would use two different machines to fix the drain issues.
He was polite and professional, left no mess even with the usual drain debris.
Price for the work was good, better than other estimates and Mike/Metcalf will be my choice for any future plumbing needs. Well done.

Metcalf was phenomenal. We called them to install a Gas Line in our kitchen(for a gas range) and they were extremely prompt and did the job at an amazing price. Chris, the technician, was phenomenal and helped walk us through the process and was so helpful and communicative throughout the install. They went through getting the necessary permits etc. I highly recommend!

Chris and Allen were very respectful and professional while in my home and while installing my new gas range. I would definitely use Metcalf again. A third service technician came to my home the next day for another concern. Although I didn’t get his name, he was wonderful and went above and beyond. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that was done. All of the technicians cleaned up completely when done. Metcalf was wonderful!!!!
