Well, in an odd year, I had the occasion of using Muller Exteriors a 2nd time! I had my house siding and gutters done, with a sliding door over the summer. When we got a hail storm come through, I called them again. Fortunately, the siding and gutters were ok, but the roof and skylights had some damage.
It's great to have someone like David Muller Jr come out and assess the damage. He also came out to review the damage with the insurance adjuster so the professionals could work it out together. He was there to explain how the insurance worked, deal with the insurance claim, and his team was ready

They came out to check on a leak in our roof. They charged us nothing and told us exactly what we needed to do to fix the roof ourselves without having a fee. That saved us soooo much money and extra time. I would recommend them in an instant because of their knowledge, transparency, and friendly nature. We will do business with them in the future for sure.

Muller Exteriors has been our "go-to" company, for all of our roofing, siding, and gutter needs. They were recommended by our neighbor, who has been a customer for many years. Dave Muller is very honest, personable, professional, and his company does a great job. They installed a new roof, siding, and gutters for us, a few years ago. We recently had squirrels in our attic. Once they were gone, Dave came out and inspected the damage. He sent a crew out a few days later, and they took care of the problem areas. I highly recommend Muller Exteriors!!!

I had Muller Exteriors replace some cedar window trim on several windows of my home. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they went above and beyond the call! They asked me up front what color the stains was and they pre-stained the trim before they replaced it. In addition, they asked for touch up paint for my hardy board siding and when they were through they re-caulked and touched up the siding. This is the second time I have used Muller and I was completely satisfied both times. Very reasonably priced and excellent craftsmanship.

Horrible company, the owner David (I believe the son of a person that once had a good reputation for the company that has their last name) is rather combative, arrogant and simply acting like a cheat. Did our roof over, we never had venting issues, they switch our venting system over and it fails to vent as they never checked. So now we have mold, called them in. The first clown he sends comes down with pictures of an attic that is not even ours trying to prove we were the blame. Send a nasty email, owner hesitantly agrees to send "His Mold guy" to inspect and do an estimate, that takes

About a month ago I contacted Muller to look a roof leak that was causing dripping in my second floor. They told me that chances are the cause is an ice dam, so they were able to get someone out the next day to rake the roof of snow in that area. I asked if they can inspect the roof/attic, and they told me they can once the snow on roof melts. A few weeks later I called and scheduled to have someone come out to look. The roof, I was told, wasn't in too bad of shape, but because they found hail damage on the roof, gutters and skylight I was told we could probably have insurance cover the replacement

Muller replaced and painted all our wood siding. They did an excellent job. The house looks so great. From the quote to the actual work everyone was wonderful. We also used them prior to replace some metal siding on the top of a roof peak, we could not find anyone to complete the job because of how high the roof is. Would definitely recommend.

We had our house resided with LP this month by Muller. Their quote was honest, competitive and very fair (less than we initially guessed the project would be!) and stayed consistent with the scope of work throughout the project. There were no unexpected additional costs or "nickel and diming".
The work was completely thoroughly, beautifully and on time. There was no punch list of left over finishing work to complete at a later date. The crew worked full days at every opportunity - weather was the only time we didn't see them. They were the epitome of kind and respectful throughout

Horrible experience. They installed gutter guards last fall and didn't bother to clean the gutters prior, even though I asked them to thinking it was obvious that they would. There are also gaps in the guards on the corners where they were installed. They came back out in late fall to inspect at my request and claimed they weren't clogged even though I could see water flowing over the side of the gutters. I cleaned out two downspouts myself this spring and have been asking for 3 weeks to get someone to come and unclog the others. No one came. I just paid to have 3 more spouts unclogged

Muller Exteriors did new roof installation on my townhouse in 2011, they provided 10 year warranty on it.
Now, 8 years later, my roof started leaking, so I contacted them to get it fixed.
The main contact number they have is pretty much answering service, they just take messages. I got lucky first  time - David Sr. called me back same day and told me that David Jr. will come to check on the issue within next 2 days.
That did not happen. I had to leave multiple messages and send multiple emails, which were unanswered or answered with significant delays

If I can give Muller Exteriors more than five stars I would. I had some issues with my siding near the edge of my roofing that another contractor actually made worse.
I contacted Muller Exteriors because I really liked their reviews and that they were local.
David Muller (who is the owner son) came out to take a second look at my property. Although his company was very busy with projects by the end of the year he was able to squeeze me in after another project down the street completed.

Unfortunately, I can't provide a review of their workmanship. My review is based on the very discourteous woman who took my call. When I called and asked for an appointment to check out a roof leak, I provided my name and number. She said someone would call me. When I asked approximately when I could expect a call back, she snapped, "I'll give them your message!" That was over a week and a half ago and no one has called me. On the flip side, Apex Exterior's customer service was much more pleasant and I was given an appointment day and time immediately.

This contractor defines what it is to be professional. I had my roof gutters and siding replaced due to storm damage.
Muller Exteriors had a specialized crew for each task. They arrived early and stayed late. They went out of their way to install the materials I chose perfectly. There was no need to redo any part of the job. The worksite was kept picked up and cleaned when each crew finished.

I just had my roof and gutters replaced by Muller Exteriors, and I am completely satisfied with the job. They gave me a fair price, used excellent materials, and their installation workmanship was top notch. The time to complete was fantastic as well. I had a small problem (one of my shingles blew off) which prompted me to quit stalling and get my roof replaced. David Jr. came out the same day I called, made a temporary repair for free, and had a fair quote in my hands that night. The entire job was completed inside one week, because they knew I had problems. This is an excellent company to work

After our house sustained roof and siding damage from the hail storm in 2014, we hired a local contractor based on recommendations from others neighbors who had used them and were very satisfied. They were very accommodating as far as scheduling goes, showed up and finished in the time we were told, the crew was very polite, clean and did a great job! They even threw in some additional trim work that was not included in the quote because they said it looked bad and they are proud of their finished product! Thanks Dave and crew.

After doing the typical three estimate thing, it was an easy decision. I called Muller Exteriors along with a few others to get a quote for my roof to be replaced. I spoke with the owner and expressed all my concerns with my roof not knowing anything about construction. He was very patient in explaining the products and installation to me. His price for the roof was right in line with one other company but the customer service is what sold me. The roof was done in fall the cleanup was spectacular and I've now recommended Muller Exteriors to several friends.

Did a fair job with a roofing job in Fall of 2011. I have tried calling a few times since the service was complete; a couple of times in the past to refer local business to them, but never got a response from anyone- which I have no idea why a business wouldn't return calls for new business... unless things are just sooo good for them, but i doubt it. Most recently, I have tried requesting a copy of the invoice for the service they provided for us since the begininning of August this year. Every time I call a "receptionist" answers and cannot do anything more than take a message
