OMG, where do I start? Do NOT use this company. I complained to BBB in '09 and was dismissed which doesn't give much credibility to their ratings. April, '09 we hired Rick for a tear off, to replace all rotted wood and re-roof. In June '09 he was called back because we found soft spots. It was obvious the job was not done properly. They tore off the sheeting materials from April and Rick said his workers had "f_ _ _ _d up". After the 2nd tear off they replaced another 19 pieces of rotted wood.
He then attempted to charge us a 2nd time for the 6 pcs we already

This company is absolutely horrible. The roof they installed on my house back 1/22/2015 has leaked from day one! They sent someone out first fall 2015 who put a bead of caulk and told us someone would contact us to repair in damage inside our home from the leak. Never heard from them, Blew up every phone number we could find and finally they sent someone out in fall 2016 who put a piece of flashing up with the same promise again that they would send someone out to repair the interior. Communication ceases again on their end. Roof is still leaking and we are again blowing up every number we

I cannot recommend this company. The crew did some sloppy work, which needed fixing and was fixed to the best of my knowledge. However, the plywood boards that were replaced on the roof were laid too close to each other and started popping up. You could hear the loud pops and see the rise in the shingles. Owner Rick came out more than once to try to fix the problem, but ultimately told me he would have to start charging. Had reason to call him a couple of times after that, and he never called back. It amazes me how many contractors are like this -- the no-response syndrome. In every case though

Albers sought US out after last summers' storms.

We should have known if you send a kid to supervise, things will not end up well.
They said the gutters did not need replacement.....and they have leaked profusely ever since.
Skylights on the porch? Let's just say, we get more water IN the porch now than outside.

Thoroughly disappointing, frustrating and DAMAGING experience.
