I originally called Davis Bros. because they came highly recommended by two different neighbors. They were not the least expensive, but provided, in my opinion, the best overall package of price, quality, service and a sense of professionalism.
Cliff, the sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. he provided a hardcopy and emailed estimate write on the spot and gave several options. most companies just provide email. I'm a bit old-fashioned and still like to review some things in writing. He was not at all pushy about the upgrade options.

Website claims unbeatable customer service. Well, we spoke with Carrie Pepper this morning and it's clear she "didn't get the memo". We are searching for quotes for a new a/c unit. Despite already having a quote and knowing exactly what we need, she insisted that we couldn't speak with anyone (sales or service) or get any quotes without a service call, which of course incurs a large fee. I believe that the front line staff represents the quality and service level of the company. Based on that, we do not recommend!!

This is a phenomenal company to do business with. I have twice a year preventive maintenance service with them but just had to replace my A/C unit. The tech came out the same day that the A/C decided to quit which was at the end of the day. The tech said that the unit needed to be replaced; which we were aware of. He worked up the quote, I gave the go ahead and the next morning their team was here for the install. You will be hard pressed to find the outstanding customer service that they give. Always on time or notifications are given if there is a delay and they provide a photo of the tech that

I called Davis brothers @ 3:30 pm. A tech arrived within the hour. The techs name was Nate and he did a great job repairing our a/c and checking the entire system for us. Gave us some tips to prolong its life also. Very happy and satisfied. We will use this company again and recommend to others.

Our A/C on our porch was starting to make noises. Had these guys come out and they said at 20 years old parts would be hard to find, suggested that we replace it with a new one. Gave us two price ranges, better and best. We told them to order us the best one and it arrived a day later and they installed a day after that. Replacing any A/C these days is not cheap, but with these guys doing such a quick, efficient job we are completely happy with our decision. Highly recommend Davis Bros!

I just want to say that Davis Bros has been so great to do business with. We had them out for a repair to our unit in our older 1950’s home. We decided to finance a new unit since ours was not running efficiently and was incompatible. When the crew arrived to do the install they encountered a structural issue and could not safely or correctly… install the new unit. They explained everything clearly, refunded my service fee, e-mailed me photos of the problem, and were genuinely kind, courteous, and professional. They were honest and didn’t try to scam us. Josh is a complete asset to their company. He was knowledgeable, professional, and over all exceptional with his work ethics. I bought my new A/C system through them because he continued to explain the questions I had. Travis and Zaire installed the system. They were also top of the line. They took the time to explain what steps they had to do which kept my mind at ease and could walk away to allow them to do their jobs. They cleaned up every mess they made. Past, they did great work on my A/C Unit even though they had to make a 2nd trip due to the copper pipe not being sealed properly the 1st time and all the Freon leaked out, which they refilled with no issue the 2nd time.

We are a month and a half out scheduling our tune ups. We recommend you call DG Meyer or Total comfort and they will assist

Huge shout out to Davis Bros for their excellent service today!!!! I called because I noticed my A/C unit was not working correctly while playing hide and seek with my grandson. I was in the garage hiding when I heard the unit struggling. I called and they had a guy out in less than an hour. He diagnosed it quickly as being the motor not working, had the part on his truck to fix it and was back up and running 100% in less than an hour and a half from the time I placed the call. Called for a tune up for $50, tech found a leak. At that point he said it's now a service call and said it's $130. I have a home warranty company so didn't need him to fix anything. He never did the tune up. My filters, pipes, pan are still dirty. He did nothing for $130 other than tell me there is a leak.
Buyer beware the "tune up" for $50, because as soon as they find anything, it turns into a "service call" for $130 with no tune up.
Taking advantage of people during a financial crisis/pandemic is dispicable.

I called Davis Brothers after waiting 3 days for another company to arrive. The woman Joni who answered the phone was very helpful and the technician Nate showed up at my home with in 45 minutes of my call.
The tech was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem.The issue was fixed and my home was cooling within 2 hours of my original call to the company. I wish I had not wasted my time waiting for another company, going forward this is the only place I will call for A/C issues.

Amazing experience! They came out to check on our unit and gave us a fabulous quote on a air conditioning. They have fantastic follow up skills and make sure they answer all questions up front and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a tune up or a new unit. My dad has been using this company for a couple years now and each time they always did a great job. They recently came out to install a new unit and did a great job. They were on time and gave a great quote. A few days after he recieved a small gift as a thank you for being a customer with cookies in it! Ive never personally seen such great customer service and I'm glad they made it easy for him at his age. Very refreshing to see.

I called Davis Bros. on a Friday night at 7:00 pm, in New Smyrna Beach. Dispatcher sent Casey. He arrived in 15 minutes. Casey diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed the problem with some re-wiring and went to the roof to check the main unit. His explanation of the problem was detailed and explained in understandable context. Very impressed! Casey was Professional, technically expedient and a credit to his trade. Thank you!

Best customer service, honest technicians and well priced!!!!! In years past it seemed that my a/c would fail every 6months or so and it would always happen on a weekend or a holiday! I made the change to Davis Bros almost 2yrs ago and I have not had a problem since!! They were very thorough and showed me how to properly keep my unit maintained. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!
