Thank you for coming out promptly and restoring our daughters air. Your company and service was top notch from beginning to end Gabe confirmed right away what my husband was hoping it was, (capacitor) and replaced it. He also checked out the freon and the inside condensing unit and made sure it was running cold before leaving. We know the unit… is old and was afraid someone would try to sell us something we can't afford at this time. We appreciate your honesty, courtesy and reliable service. I can't say enough about Bair Air. They have been nothing but wonderful. Not only do they have an incredibly responsive team but they know what they are doing. I've had to call for A/C help a few times and everytime they come to our house within 48 hours and fix anything that needs to be done. Their price is unbeatable and they take the time to go over everything. They have never tried to push additional non-necessities, they understand what being on a budget is like. My entire family will not use anyone else. They're amazing.

I realized after my recent 6-month maintenance check that I never wrote a review of this company after having a brand new A/C home system installed last summer, here goes...
In short, this company is simply awesome. Family owned and run, I found them to be incredibly professional, very good at what they do, and very efficient with the work they perform. I had a 15-year old outdoor unit and an almost 30-year old indoor unit. I had them replaced last summer and now 6-months later, remain super happy with the call I made to go with this company. Called Bair Air yesterday with the recommendation of my Grandson Shane Gainer, to have maintenance on my unit. Spoke with Dana, very pleasant, quick to give me an appointment for today. There company is an excellent company do to covid-19 I needed my AC fixed in financially cannot afford it. They were so nice they came out and took care of my issue with my AC so me and my granddaughter could be comfortable again. You couldn't ask for more loving and knowledgeable workers. They were so nice they came right out and fixed my problem. I would highly recommend Bair Air to anyone.
