Great service, punctual and friendly tech! I strongly recommend this company. Our tech, Clint was very friendly and thorough with the repairs and went above and beyond! Clint came over on short notice for an emergency breakdown, and he did an outstanding job fixing our A/C, in fact he is clearly the most knowledgeable person I have ever had work on the A/C.

I was immediately impressed that they were here exactly when they said. I myself work in the construction service industry and know how hard it is to maintain a time frame between multiple jobs. The service requested was supposed to be just routine preventative maintenance, however the night before my drain line clogged tripping the float sensor. I vacuumed it out that night with partial success then again in the morning. Clint was happy to hook his vaccum to check if I got all the blockages out, which I had. He didn't try to up sell and he needed to shoot nitrogen down the lines to clear

Had exceptional service from Tim Benjamin Air & Heat! My outside AC unit stopped working late yesterday evening. I messaged Tim and just asked if he had time to come over the next day to repair. He said he had a busy day but that he was on his way. Tim had my AC up and running in an hour!
Tim went way above and beyond!!!! Thanks to Tim we had a great night sleep and since we work from home, our work life will be much improved, free from the Florida heat.

Wasn't not happy with service. Had an attitude when I asked questions. Was too busy telling me how he had a full day and didn't diagnose or able to fix the problem correctly was just in a hurry to leave and collect fees
I had another company come right after and clean up his mess and was amazed how professional and quick they were to fix the problem Huge difference in abilities to trouble shoot and fix problems quickly. I was a referral from a friend. I have since told him how bad the service has gotten

I have to say that our experience with Tim Benjamin was a very good and I would recommend them again, well actually both my wife and I have both recommended them to some of our friends and now it looks like I am recommending them to everyone here on Yelp...
It all stated when I was working out of town in July and I received a phone call from my wife in a panic as the house was hot and A/C was not working. This was a bad thing and since we have an older house in downtown and we have upgraded everything except for the electrical and A/C I know it was going to come (just not when I was out of town
