I have used Service Plus AC and Heating for a number of years for my heating and AC needs. Recently I needed a new thermostat. Jimmy advised me about the different types of thermostats and I purchased a unit from a big box store. We scheduled an installation time. James arrived on time and installed and tested the new thermostat. As always, I was pleased with the service from this company.

James, the service technician was very professional and honest with what he had found in his diagnostics. He could of easily told me I needed a new fan motor and made a killing but was honest and instead reported that he found a wire sitting outside of the channel that had been damaged. I was so impressed with the service and low cost of repair, I decided to join their maintenance program which is a reasonable $15/month and provides many benefits. Thank you Service Plus AC & Heating!!! I will be referring you to friends and family!!!

Incredible service! From the phone call to the service being completed, I’m fully impressed! Very professional people doing great work. They were able to put me on the schedule right away for same day service. Quentin showed up on time (and called prior to arriving with a 15 minute heads up) and he was incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the repair made right on the spot. Thank you all so much!

James was fantastic! We signed up for the annual maintenance plan which I highly recommend. James walked us through the entire process in full detail so we knew exactly what he did and will do on future visits. He was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. He ended up finding a capacitor that was pulling low voltage and not running as best as it could. We replaced it on the spot and also added a performance booster; now our second story is cooling better than it has in years 🙂
