Only when your ducts and vents are clean will the systems connected to them work properly and efficiently.
We will perform our work using source removal methods. In order to eliminate or prevent the delivery of airborne pollutants into indoor spaces through HVAC ductwork, we will remove the dust and other contaminants from the system. Thus, we pledge to administer source removal methods, cleaning the system ductwork as thoroughly as possible, before applying any coatings or treatments, including deodorizers, disinfectants, and/or sealants.

I agreed to pay a lot of money, thinking they would clean all my ducts and trunks. I felt the large expense was worth it because the second floor ducts would be difficult, since they run to a trunk in the basement.
With their equipment, they can only clean a few feet of duct. That's ok for the first floor. But they only cleaned about 10% of my second floors ducts. So, I was totally ripped off.

I'm writing this review with a gray dismay considering many high reviews for this company. From not receiving a proper call before arriving to showing us a picture of somebody else's house and telling us that our picture from our house. we completely understand that something thinks the company will not do and we expect them just to say that we Cannot do it. Such as removal of dead animal. But leaving the job after refusing buying additional $500 ($900 total) worth of extra Services is absolutely unprofessional and unethical. Very disappointed with Sam and Steve.

First impressions mean a lot and they were professional from the first phone call. When they arrived at my home, the process was explained to me and before and after pictures were taken. I am very happy with the service and would use them again.
The only advice I would give would be to know what you need done. The charges can add up quickly if you have everything done that is recommended.

I have to say this was one of the best service calls I have ever had in 62 years. My AC was working like crazy but couldn't keep my house cool. I had just had my AC serviced, which I do yearly, so I knew it was working right, but no air was coming from several of my vents. I called and spoke to Steve who gave me a rough estimate and was able to schedule me for the next day for duct cleaning. Jonathan and Danny arrived right on time - explained everything to me as they worked - my firm estimate was within a couple dollars of the rough one.
