Stor-Mor Self Storage began in 1992 with a single facility in California. We have since expanded operations to seven facilities in two states, California and Colorado. We have a strong management team with experience in marketing, maintenance, and operational skills to oversee the operations of each of the facilities.

Facility is very clean and secure! Was In a bind finding a place to store our stuff and went to many places we just didn't feel comfortable leaving our stuff stored at. Finally found this place which is close to home. We felt very safe leaving our stuff here.
The manager James was very helpful and made us feel comfortable leaving our stuff in their storage location. I've never had a problem in more than 10 years at this facility, but dealing with James the manager today has made me move all of my belongings out of this place. They apparently "changed their credit card processing company" and claimed to have sent me a letter which I never got. They claimed to have called me several times, but had a bad phone number that I didn't even know. Then after my rent was late, he tracked down my actual phone number online, and called me to let me know. He answered the phone while driving in the golf cart, and said that they sent me an email,

What a great decision to use this one! great units (i think they are taller than most at about 10', we have 2). not sure what our expectations were for management there and customer service! but james is the best, professional, helpful, etc. we were working hard loading that day, and i won't mention he brought us waters and candy, in case he doesn't do that for everybody!

James is very accommodating realizes some people are new to the storage thing and that can be stressful getting everything moved. For me it was the hours I could not get used to because by the time I'm off work they are already closing but it worked out. I just restructured my trips and everything was fine the best thing about this place about this besides James is the high ceilings you can stack stuff as high as you like it appears so high you need a ladder to get to it. This was great for me because I had about 30 boxes and it allowed me to fit everything and with plenty of Room for

Worst place to rent storage from. I rented for a total of four months. The manager, Karen is useless, careless, and the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Every interaction I have had with her was negative. They have 5 stars on yelp, which is why I decided to rent storage from them, but my experience was far from it.
